South facing house - 60 m² living space - located in a quiet area. It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, oven), a bathroom with double sink and washing machine, a separate double WC, two bedrooms overlooking the terrace with each a large 160 bed (can be separated into two single beds) and large closet. Wooded courtyard with south-facing terrace equipped with a table and garden chairs, deckchairs and a gas barbecue. Bike storage. Parking in the immediate vicinity.
