Newly renovated house in one of the most strategic areas of Puglia. Immersed in the Monopolitan hills, 9 km from the sea, 7 km from the caves of Castellana. Only 6 km from the Fasano zoo and 13 from the trulli of Alberobello. The structure is provided with a large square of an immense living area, two spacious bedrooms that can contain additional beds and a cot bed, TV, bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Tolles Haus
Wir hatten tolle 8Tage in Gorgofreddo. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Einrichtung lt. Beschreibung, alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht, brachten sogar auf unseren Wunsch einen extra Wäscheständer. Die Terrasse unf Pool waren super. Vor allem auch für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Die Lage ist auch perfekt- man ist schnell in Alberobello, Castellana Grotte Monopoli Bari usw.

Perfect verblijf in prima omgeving
Zeer gastvrije hosts, die voor je klaar staan. Heerlijk ruim en net huis met prima voorzieningen. Eigen zwembad en een bbq in een boomgaard/tuin. Prima plek om vandaaruit Puglia te ontdekken.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage
Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch sehr geräumig! Die Lage in den Hügeln oberhalb von Monopoli ist ebenfalls perfekt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt, was neben dem Haus auch an den sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Vermietern lag. Mehr als empfehlenswert.

Perfect!
We had a fantastic stay! The house is very big and clean, the beds are very comfortable and the airconditioning in every room is working really good. The kitchen is well equipped including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The pool outside is fantastic and surrounded by a nice garden and sunbeds. Above all the hosts are really amazing. They answer to whatsapp quickly and help you with recommendations for beaches, restaurants and things to do. Restaurant La Mia Terra close to the house (5 minute drive)is a very good local restaurant in a beautiful setting. The location of the house is ideal for exploring the surroundings. Monopoli,Alberobello and Locorotondo are only a 15 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Wunderbar gelegen mit Pool für die heißen Tage. Alles was man braucht steht bereit. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man ist schnell im Monopoli mit seiner traumhaften Altstadt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Wir waren zu dritt in dieser Unterkunft. 10 Tage im Mai/Juni 2024. Wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann sie jeder Zeit kontaktieren wenn nötig. Check in und Check Out absolut problemlos. Konnten früher rein und später raus (sehr nett). Küchenausstattung alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alle Zimmer Klimaanlage, obwohl wir es noch nicht brauchten im Mai. Beide Schlafzimmer hatten bequeme Betten, mit guten Matratzen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, liegt etwas abseits. Monopoli erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Alberobello, Polignano a mare, Castellano Grotte, Antonelli und weitere Orte empfehlen wir zu besuchen und sind in unter einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Perfect stay
We spent 9 nights at the property hosted by Donatella. Donatella was an excellent host, and was quick to respond to pre-arrival questions, although during the course of our stay we had no need to trouble her as the property was perfect and everything worked as it should. There is a lovely pool for relaxing, and a patio for eating. Whilst remote, we were only a 15 minute drive to Monopoli and its beaches, and there were a number of restaurants close by. The local pizza restaurant was excellent, and only a 15 minute walk away. Being popular with the inhabitants of the village is always a good sign, and booking was essential. It was also open for breakfast. There are plenty of other restaurants to visit within easy driving distance, and they won't disappoint. We used the property as a base for visiting the many villages of interest in the area, and we would thoroughly recommend it. Thank you Donatella for a perfect stay. Dave & Linda

Heerlijk rustig.
Heerlijk huis. Zeer goede airco (ook op slaapkamer ). Veel buitenruimte. Lekker zwembad om af te koelen (Diepte 1.30) Zeer Schoon. Prachtige omgeving.

Ein schönes Haus
Ein schönes Haus mitten im Land. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Küche gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist sauber. Wir waren 4 Personen hatten ausreichend Platz für alle. An den Fenstern sind Mückennetze, die Betten sind gut. In der Küche gibt es kein Geschirrspüler, es hat uns aber nichts ausgemacht.Dafür gibt es ein Klavier. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns herzlich betreut. Die Gegend ist sehr ländlich und perfekt für Ruhesuchende geeignet. Man kann Ausflüge nach Alberobello, Monopoli und anderen kleinen bezaubernden Städtchen machen. Wir haben die Woche in diesem Haus genossen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir fanden das Haus in einem tollen und sehr, sehr sauberen Zustand vor. In und um das Haus herum ist es wirklich herrlich ruhig. Es fehlt für einen schönen Aufenthalt an nichts, wir würden darin sofort wieder Urlaub machen. Die Vermieterin erlebten wir als sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Angebot vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt noch einmal dorthin zurückkehren. P. S. Katzenfreunde sind hier genau richtig!

großzügiges Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Eine gut eingerichtete Küche mit extra Esszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und 2 schöne Schlafzimmer. Es gibt eine große rückwärtige Terrasse auf der man in der Sonne frühstücken kann. Eine weitere Terrasse ist nach Südwest ausgerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und schön. Das Dorf Gorgofreddo ist sehr gut geeignet für Ausflüge in die sehenswerten umliegenden Städte. Insbesondere Monopoli und die Grotte von Castellana sind ein muß! Im Dorf gibt es einen Alimentari der fast alles anbietet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Un séjour parfait
Nous avons séjourné 10 jours en septembre dans cette propriété ou tout est neuf et d'une propreté parfaite. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très réactifs si on a besoin d'eux. La corbeille d'accueil est présente à l'arrivée et nous avons même eu un panier de raisin pendant notre séjour. La situation est idéale pour rayonner et découvrir les sites importants tout comme les petits villages charmants autour. A noter un excellent restaurant à 3kms. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location à qui veut découvrir les Pouilles.

Eine Traumunterkunft im Grünen
Dieses Haus bietet viel viel Platz - eine herrliche Terasse und alles was man ( Frau) so benötigt. Nahe Baris ist sogar ein Großstadtbummel möglich und der Tierpark von Fasano liegt um die Ecke, genau wie viele Siedlungen mit den hübschen Trullis !!

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare per due settimane in questa piccola oasi di paradiso. Ottima costruzione accogliente, tranquilla e ben arredata. Grazie alla sua posizione strategica consente sia VERO relax che la possibilità di raggiungere in breve tempo le varie spiagge ed i bellissimi paesi circostanti. Nota particolare la meritano i proprietari per la cortesia, la cordialità e la discrezione che ci hanno riservato. CONSIGLIATISSIMA !!!
