Ground floor apartment on a semi-detached villa just outside the historic center of Montelupone (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and orange flag).
Really nice. The main panorama is sea view and overlooks the Monte Conero Park.
Ideal home for families looking for an economic and peaceful holiday a stone's throw from the sea in a beautiful medieval town.
Three hundred meters from the supermarket and restaurants and the historic center.
Near the renowned beaches of Sirolo, Numana located in the Park of Monte Conero, Portorecanti, Porto Civitanova and Porto Potenza Picena.
And a stone's throw from the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Loreto and the Villa of the poet Giacomo Leopardi of Recanati, and the Sferisterio of Macerata.

Schöne familienfreundliche, zentrale Unterkunft
Einfach toll. Sensationelle Aussicht, charmante Einrichtung, zweckmäßige Ausstattung, Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig erreichbar und nahe des schönen mittelalterlichen Stadtkerns von Montelupone. Zentral für diverse Ausflugsziele gelegen und sehr nette Vermieter.

Heel prettige plek
Het huis was ruim en gelegen aan een rustige straat . Vlakbij de supermarkt . Met buiten een zitje in de ochtendzon en aan de achterkant een balkon met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels ! Montelupone is een mooie oude vestingstad ! En de zee en het strand is met een halfuurtje te bereiken. Ook de eigenaar was vriendelijk en altijd beschikbaar . Deze plek is ‘n echte aanrader !

E' stata una magnifica vacanza. Host disponibilissimo, molto simpatico e gentile. La casa spaziosa e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, in una posizione con vista bellissima e molto strategica per noi che amiamo fare base per poi visitare il più possibile.

Perfect stay at Roberto's
We stayed at Roberto's in Montelupone for 3 weeks. Our stay went very well. Roberto is a very nice host. The view from the balcony on the jeardin and the mountains is magnificent

Con la mia famiglia (io, mia moglie e due figli adolescenti) abbiamo fatto un piccolo tour delle Marche e soggiornato per 3 gg nell'appartamento del sig. Roberto a Montelupone. Siamo stati veramente soddisfatti. Appartamento molto confortevole, completo di tutto, pulito, stanze spaziose (una non l'abbiamo neanche usata). Da sottolineare, lo splendido panorama visibile dalle finestre e dal balcone delle camere da letto (un'ampia veduta molto suggestiva sulla vallata che scende verso il mare) e l'ospitalità e cordialità di Roberto il proprietario.

Sehr schön
Etwas weiter weg vom Meer als erwartet (ca. 20km). Aber das war kein Problem, da wir mobil waren. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und der Ausblick großartig. Wunderschön Richtung Meer und Hügel. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr freundlich, sympathisch und entspannt. Gibt sogar Tipps für Unternehmungen. Trotz Sprach-Barriere, klappte die Kommunikation sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist spartanisch eingerichtet, hat aber alles was es zum Leben braucht und seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Alles zusammen, können und wollen wir diese Ferienwohnung und deren Vermieter unbedingt weiterempfehlen!

Trees agréable séjour dans les marches
Le très joli village de Montelupone est joyeusement animé et est bien placé pour découvrir les autres beaux villages alentours et la multitude de plages du littoral. La maison est spacieuse, équipée et la vue vraiment très belle. Le propriétaire et sa famille sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins, je recommande cette adresse ! Merci Roberto et Maria !
