THE APARTMENT

Charming Madrid Centre is a fantastic apartment right in the middle of Madrid. This delightful apartment, which has been renovated recently, has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds and a confortable desk so you can work.

The living room has a magnificent dining table, a sofa-bed, and a Smart TV that connects to international channels via satellite.

The electrical appliances in the kitchen are the latest generation and include: dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is also fully equipped with plates, glassware, cutlery, etc.

The bathroom has a floor-level shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.

The apartment also has a laundry area, where you can find the washing machine, dryer and ironing area.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating, safe, bed linen and towels, toiletries, coffee, tea and cleaning products, as well as detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine.

Special attention has been paid to the decoration of the apartment: it has been fully renovated, leaving uncovered some exposed brick walls and wooden beams. The renovation soundproofed the apartment from outside noise and insulated it so the temperature is always comfortable. High-quality materials were used to renovate the apartment, such as old wooden doors that came from an old palace in Toledo.

For the little ones, there is a cot available and a high chair for babies as well.





THE AREA

The apartment is right next to the iconic Plaza Tirso de Molina and 5 minutes’ walk away from Puerta del Sol and La Latina Quartier. From the apartment, you can walk around the entire city, but if you prefer to take the underground, the closest stop is in Plaza Tirso de Molina (line 1), only one minute away from the apartment.
