A blissful three-bedroom apartment at the heart of Paris, with excellent transportation links and a large balcony.

LIVING/DINING
Through the double doors and to the right is the large, bright living room with three floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto the extensive balcony. There is herringbone parquet flooring throughout this room and the rest of the apartment, apart from the kitchen and bathrooms where the floors are tiled. The seating area is comprised of a sofa, two armchairs and dining chairs, an occasional chair and a coffee table. The focal point of this area is the ornamental fireplace with a stately framed mirror above. There is also a wall-mounted flat screen TV and built-in shelving. The other half of the space is the dining area, dominated by the long wooden dining table with cast iron legs and matching chairs, sitting up to eight people. This area is lived up with some potted palm trees and plants.

KITCHEN
The apartment boasts a fully-equipped separate kitchen with a small table and some chairs as an informal breakfast area. The cabinets and worktops as well as the industrial style sink are custom made and fitted to display a range of appliances such as an electric hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine, a toaster and food processor along with cutlery, crockery and utensils.

BATHROOM:
Out of the living room and down the corridor is the family bathroom/utility room with a single wash basin, a bath tub with a shower overhead, a toilet, a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.

W/C
In addition to the main bathroom, there is also a separate guest toilet.

BEDROOM 1:
The master bedroom comprises a double bed with bedside tables, wall-mounted lamps, a desk and chair and two large windows. The shelving unit matches the bedframe and there is built-in wardrobe storage across an entire wall.

BEDROOM 2:
The second bedroom includes a double bed. There is also a large window, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

BEDROOM 3:
This bedroom also offers a double bed. There is also a built-in wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a desk and some shelving. It is a bright room due to the large windows.

Please be advised that this apartment is on the fifth floor and can be accessible via both lift and stairs.
We kindly ask guests to please empty all filter waste from the tumble dryer after each use.

Enjoyable stay
Greater was pleasant and efficient. Necessary info was on a plasticized sheet so we always had it. The apt was large, clean, well equipped. We felt at home instantly. The neighbourhood is full of great food. The Metro and trains are right there. Checkout was simple. Thanks!

Excellent location
Reservations process was easy. Property was in a very good location for me but due to the hot weather the flat was really unpleasant to stay in and uncomfortable with only 1 fan available, on one of the nights I had to go and sleep elsewhere. Also I know the owners have a dog and I would therefore they suggest getting their carpets valeted as again due to the heat you were able to get those odors in the apartment. Keys also need to be looked at as the chubb key takes quite a bit of working before the door can be opened.

Perfect home base!
Was a perfect homebase for our Paris adventures! With two major train stations (Gare du Nord and Gare de l'est) within a few minutes walk; a Velib bike station literally around the corner; and so many neighborhood amenities, our two families could focus on enjoying everything Paris has to offer knowing full well that we can always get to our destinations quickly, and look forward to getting home and recharging for our next day's adventures! The home was very tastefully decorated, and the fact that it was an updated Parisian apartment only added to the whole experience. Cannot recommend it highly enough!
