Villa Cala Esmeralda is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area between Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran.
The villa has two floors, on the ground floor there is a new fully equipped kitchen, a large living - dining room with television and satellite, two large bedrooms with two full bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. There is also a large terrace with barbecue that leads to a beautiful and large garden with beautiful plants and flowers typical of the island. Just in front of the terrace there is a swimming pool.
The upper floor is accessed by stairs from the garden. The upper floor consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a new fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, a large bedroom with bathroom en suite that opens onto a beautiful terrace from where you can see the sea and enjoy a beautiful sunset
