THE HOUSE IS ON THE HILL OF PORTO SAN PAOLO, SURROUNDED BY THE GREEN AND THE BREATHTAKING PANORAMA ON THE ISLAND OF TAVOLARA AND ON CAPO CERASO ENJOYS AN IDEAL CLIMATE AND RELAXING TRANQUILITY. PERFECT FOR A COUPLE.
The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a nice bathroom with a shower, a living room with a cooking area, a stone veranda with a view of the sea and has a small green lawn that surrounds it. A private parking space and a laundry are available
 It is completely new (end of construction in March 2014), it was built with insulating materials in compliance with the latest energy saving regulations and equipped with window and door frames with special glass that guarantee excellent sound and heat insulation. It is covered in stone and finely furnished ... a jewel !!

Any time again!
We enjoyed our stay in Raffaeles appartment very much. The location is perfect and the view from the little terrasse is amazing. In the appartment you can find everything you need. Raffaele is a friendly and helpful host. We had very nice holidays an can recommend Raffaele and his appartment withour reservation!

Small, beautiful with a great view!
This property did not disappoint in my main reason for booking, the view! This is a small yet beautiful apartment, no more than 2 people. The kitchen was well appointed but is lacking an oven or water kettle/coffee maker if needed. We were not bothered by these items not being there, we just boiled water and made coffee and enjoyed the view. While there is no air conditioning there is a great breeze that goes through the house. My only issue I suppose is the comfort of the bed, it is quite firm and the pillows lack support. My neck pillow came in handy finally. This apartment is only about a 5 minute drive into town, but for sure a car rental is needed. We would for sure rent here again! Grazie Mille!

Fantastisk utsikt, fredelig og rolig strøk, fin uteplass.
Et godt sted å tilbringe ei ferieuke. Romslig plass til parkering. Leiligheten har moderne og praktisk innredning, det eneste vi savnet var en stekovn eller mikrobølgeovn. Uteplassen er trivelig og skjermet, men det var skygge der bortsett fra om morgenen. Vi måtte flere dager flytte spisebordet inn fordi det ble for kaldt å sitte ute, og da ble det trangt i kjøkken/stuedelen. Men alt i alt: et fint feriested for to personer.

Petit appartement agréable
La vue est son atout principal, l’appartement est conçu pour 2 personnes, les commerces et certaines plages sont à 10 minutes en voiture. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de micro-ondes ni d’expresso (une plaque gaz est peut être un peu juste). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et discrets, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, dommage que le temps pendant notre séjour n’ai pas été au top… Merci à Rafael et aurora

Erholsamer Aufenthalt und wundervoller Ausblick!
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Porto san Paolo verbracht. Rafaele war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, welcher zu jeder Zeit über die Chatfunktion erreichbar war und uns unsere Wünsche erfüllt hat. Auf Google Maps konnten wir die Adresse nicht finden, jedoch hat uns Rafaele genug Bilder (Wegbeschreibung) zukommen lassen, dass wir die Wohnung gut finden konnten. Als wir ankamen, begrüßte uns Rafaele und gab uns direkt eine kleine Wohnungsführung. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Außerdem war sie sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, aber mit geöffneten Fenstern konnte man gut schlafen, weil immer ein kleiens Lüftchen ging. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland! Tim und Anna

Traumhafter Blick
Die kleine aber feine Unterkunft ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ausreichend möbeliert. Ein paar Trinkgläser mehr wären von Vorteil. Trotz Abwesenheit des Vermieters hat auch die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos geklappt. Selbst bei einem Stromausfall am Morgen war der Vermieter sofort erreichbar und hat uns umgehend jemanden zur Hilfe vorbeigeschickt. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick auf die Insel Tavolara sind unbeschreiblich und machen den Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Leider war der angegebene Grill nicht verwendbar, da vermutlich vom Vorgänger noch verschmutzt. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist das Bett, welches bei jeder Bewegung quietscht und erholsamen Schlaf leider unmöglich gemacht hat. Nichts desto trotz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unternunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Toller Urlaub in Porto San Paolo
Wir gehen seit Jahren nach Sardinien, daher wussten wir bereits, was uns die Umgebung bietet. Das Apartment ist gut. Langsam kommt es in die Jahre und an der ein oder anderen Stelle sollte etwas gemacht werden, damit es wieder mit den Bildern übereinstimmt. Der Ausblick ist natürlich grandios. Es war sehr heiß zu unserer Reisezeit (September). Es war uns persönlich einfach zu warm im Apartment. Eine Klima hätte da gut geholfen. Aber wir wussten ja, dass es keine gibt. Daher kein Problem, nur ein Hinweis für schnell schwitzende Menschen 😀 Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt 👍

Wunderschöne 2 Wochen!!!!!
Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Pietre Haus verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet , aber das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick auf die Insel Tavolara (haben diesen Ausblick jeden Tag sehr genossen). Supermarkt, Bäckerei und andere Geschäfte sind in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.Vielen Dank an Rafaelle und seine Frau für die große Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft! Haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!!!!! Nochmals vielen Dank!!!!!

Super Urlaub auf Sardinien 2022
Danke für den schönen Urlaub Raffaele. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich schön und übertrifft definitiv noch die Bilder in dem Inserat. Der Vermieter Raffaele war immer hilfsbereit und alles detailliert erklärt. Man braucht aber definitiv ein Auto, um jegliche Sachen erledigen zu können, sei es einkaufen, abends irgendwo was essen oder um zum Strand zu kommen. Dafür entschädigt aber abends der Ausblick von der Terasse auf die Insel Tavolara. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiter. Man konnte mit Raffaele gut in englisch kommunizieren.

Piacevole sorpresa
Prima volta in Sardegna e che dire..meglio di così non potevamo trovare per il nostro soggiorno! L’appartamento é a 10 minuti di macchina dall’aeroporto di Olbia in posizione strategica con una vista stupenda sull’isola di Tavolara! Curato nei dettagli,pulito..veramente una chicca! Il sig. Raffaele gentilissimo e molto disponibile nel darci consigli sui posti da visitare e per due chiacchiere. Che dire..la prossima volta in Sardegna per noi sarà di nuovo qui! ..e lo consiglieremo anche agli amici. Grazie mille di tutto e a presto! Tranquillità con vista unica su Tavolara
Casa pulita con arredamento nuovo, situata in posizione che offre totale tranquillità con una visuale mozzafiato sull’isola di Tavolara. Vicina a tutte le principali spiagge della costa. Raffaele e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto con discrezione e gentilezza, fornendoci preziosi consigli sulla zona che ci hanno permesso di trascorrere una bellissima vacanza.

Süße, kleine Wohnung mit genialer Aussicht
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und für unseren Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen ausreichend. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Ganz besonders und einzigartig ist aber die Aussicht auf die Insel Tavolara und das Meer. Um die Aussicht mit einen Glas Wein Abends noch mehr genießen zu können, wären Weingläser schön gewesen. Wir hatten uns ein Auto gemietet, was gut wahr, da die Wohnung etwas erhöht auf einem Hügel lag. Für ein Parkplatz ist aber gesorgt. Im Ganzen haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ho trovato ciò che cercavo. Una casa in posizione tranquilla e con una fantastica vista, moderna, fresca e luminosa con tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza di relax. I padroni di casa persone gentili con cui siamo entrati subito in sintonia.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Was uns gefehlt hat waren Weingläser, um auf der tollen Terasse mit dem super Blick einen schönen Wein zu genießen. Die Bezüge auf den Sonnenliegen waren verschmutz. Könnten mal gewaschen werden. Wir haben sie einfach umgedreht. Ansonsten sehr bequem. Der Vermieter Raffaele nett und freundlich. Hantuchwechsel nach einer Woche hat gut geklappt. Die Betten waren bequem und das Bad super. Viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ein Toaster war vorhanden, aber keine Kaffeemaschine. Sind aber auch in Italien. Ein Auto ist auf alle Fälle erforderlich. Parken kann man auf dem Grundstück. Raffaele hat uns schon vorher genaue Bilder geschickt, wie man das Grundstück erreichen kann, das die Adresse in Google nicht vorhanden. Vielen Dank. Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub auf Sardinien verbracht. Dankeschön.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung
Tolle Aussicht von der Veranda auf das Meer und Isola Tavolara. Es war hier sehr ruhig, aber weder Google noch TomTom noch Garmin kennen die Straße :-D Dafür ist uns der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter bei der nächtlichen Ankunft auf der Straße entgegengekommen, um den Weg zu zeigen. Es gibt viele schöne Strände und Häfen in der nahen Umgebung, auch Ausflüge z. B. Richtung Palau mit Capo Testa sind sehr schön. Auch Alghero war toll trotz 2 Stunden Fahrzeit :-) Grazie mille a Raffaele!
