Breathe Easy offers fabulous breezes and water views from every room! This vacation home was designed to please everyone. Relax by the pool, paddle board or kayak from the private dock, and enjoy evenings around the outside bar and BBQ area. For the comfort of each guest, there is individually controlled air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room.

The rooms are beautifully appointed with luxury furnishings and TV's in every room! The upstairs king master suite provides sunrise channel, ocean views and sunset canal views on either side of a gorgeous bedroom suite. This expansive master suite also features a luxury bathroom with walk in shower and two balconies on either side to enjoy sun or shade with views all around!

Downstairs features open living concept with kitchen/bar area with seating for up to 8 and two king bedrooms. The downstairs canal facing master suite features an indoor/outdoor shower as well as a slider to the pool and BBQ area.

Located in the secured Leeward community, the Blue Haven beach resort, restaurant and spa amenities are within walking distance. The gorgeous Leeward beaches are a short drive away!

Wonderful place to stay

We had the best time! Wonderful property with everything you need. The outdoor space and paddle boards are awesome. The location is very safe and the host is great! Highly recommend

Beautiful property in a quiet and lovely area

Beautiful house, tucked away on a dead-end street right on the bay. The house itself was great for our family of 7, and a great area. Lori was wonderful with communicating throughout the process

Easy Breezy Relaxing & Inviting

The entire process was convenient and customer oriented. Breathe Easy is truly the atmosphere for our Pre Christmas Getaway. The property was amazing, the neighborhood peaceful and conveniently located. We highly recommend it.

Good location house not so great.

House is tired! Not much upkeep has been done to the property. House furnishing are all older and beat-up. Landscaping doesn't look like it gets touched at all. Bedding is all old and not very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked but was missing some items that would have been helpful. Dryer doesn't dry anything, takes a few cycles to even get a small load done. AC in one bedroom was not working at all. They came and looked at it, it needed to be replaced. Property management expected us to stay at the house while the work got done. Was going to take a few hours to do and didn't want to spend our vacation watching someone do work! AC in another bedroom, barley worked but we lived with it. Safe was not usable, as they didn't have a code and the key was broken. Communication with the property management was awful. Took reaching out to VRBO to hear back from someone. Had a kayak and paddle board but both were in really rough shape and had two small paddles that wouldn't work. Was told they would be replaced at the bringing of our stay, not heard back about that. In short, Leeward is a great area to stay but this house is not. Very disappointed in the poperty for what we paid!

Awesome place to stay and have fun

We had a great time at this house. It's in a great area of the island. Lots of pool and watersports fun. Nice walkable market near by also. Only complaint is the pics in the listing should be update to show it's current condition. It's not in bad shape but you can tell it's older than the listing shows. But a great place to stay. I would return.

Beautiful Property

5 day getaway with family. Our first trip to Turks! We rented a van as there were 7 adults in our party. The van rental was expensive but I would recommend a vehicle rental as you are a ways from the airport and will need a vehicle if you are leaving the house as there isn't anything within walking distance. There are grocery stores to shop at. The island is quite easy to navigate and everyone is very friendly. PROS: 4 bedrooms with 4 baths made this ideal for our party property is in a neighborhood of very nice homes Lori, rental manager was responsive to my texts Location on the canal was gorgeous for kayaking and paddle boarding as well as being picked up for our private catamaran rental (Caicos Catalyst, request Captain Tarick and First Mate Scooby...AWESOME!) pool was perfect outdoor seating with grill towels and beach chairs available if you chose to use them wifi worked well, we couldn't get tv to work but we also didn't reach out and ask as it was our last night and didn't need to watch tv. Everything is as posted on the site... Cons: I am an avid kayaker and paddle boarder(advertised as included) We had several issues with paddles, leaking kayak, missing fin on paddle board. Lori did respond to my concerns but we felt with a rental of this quality, these items should be ready for renters use upon arrival. I gave cleanliness a 4 star as the stove was not clean and the cabinets above the stove were tacky to the touch from grease. Overall the house was clean but a property such as this one wouldn't expect that. Overall I would stay here again and I would make sure to reach out about boards and kayaks ahead of time.

Really great location, superb property management

We are repeat visitors to T&C and knew exactly where we wanted to stay. This house was in the perfect location on the island and neat and tidy. We had a couple of glitches along the way. The HVAC system was a little wonky but quickly attended to by Lori. The SUPs were missing rudders and there was a dearth of oars, precluding use, but again, Lori leapt into action and fixed that problem, too. A couple of odd things to mention in case this happens to you. A strange (to us anyway) boat showed up and parked at our dock for three separate days, which mean that we couldn't use the dock other than in awkward ways. Finally someone showed up to move it, and advised it was "the owner's boat" and that he didn't know anyone was staying in the property. Odd. Also, while I do love well-tended grounds, the yard maintenance folks were around a little too much. Several times when I was sitting on the patio trying to work or enjoy an evening cocktail, the incessant noise of a blower chased me away. And on our last two days, it seemed as though the yard man took up permanent residence. He was super nice, and I didn't complain about it because Lori had already gone above and beyond for us, but it was something that seemed a little odd and for the privacy of other guests, hopefully won't happen again. All in all, it was a nice property, in a terrific location. Regardless of whether the owner decides to park his boat in the way without bothering to check to see when his property is occupied, you couldn't ask for a better property manager than Lori, who was responsive and attentive to our every need, in the most expeditious manner possible. Definitely recommend you consider this villa for your stay in T&C!

Amazinggg !

My friends, family, & I stayed at the breathe easy villa for my birthday and it was amazing. Very clean, all the amenities that are listed, beautiful views, an amazing collection of wine glasses. The wifi worked well and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. This villa was not a far drive to the beach. Lori was a great host and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here

Perfect again

This was our second time at the house and it was another great experience. We love staying on the canal and the house is a nice size for 6-8 people. We were able to walk over to the marina and board a boat for a snorkel trip. Grace Bay is conveniently located 5 minutes away by car. Safe, beautiful and peaceful area to vacation.

Nice house...no problems

House was great for our family of 4 kids. Outdoor area had plenty of room and boys enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding right off the deck. House is only a few minute drive to all the Grace Bay area restaurants and grocery. Interior of the home is clean, modern and comfortable. Short drive to Plelican Beach and Long Bay beach, both which are great. There is some new homes under construction in the area of this house but it was never something that caused a big anouyance. A previous review mentioned some charter boats near this house and that is true....but honestly they usually left about 9a and returned about dinner,... otherwise that area was quiet and empty. Overall, it was a very nice home and a very nice vacation. We had been to the island before and Turks and Caicos is great place for a vacation....this home had everything that you could need.

On of our best experiences

We use VRBO often and this stay was one of the best. Lori, the property manager, was super responsive to any issues or questions we had. The house presents just as depicted in the pictures. Rent a car. While there are some places within walking distance there are not enough to make do without a drive into town.

Terrific Time!

The villa is beautiful and the canal is just as lovely. We had a canoe and stand up paddle boards which we used almost every day. The location of the villa is within a 5-10 minute drive to Grace Bay restaurants. We also rented bikes and rode to the beach and main area for ice cream. I would definitely recommend this villa for families. Thanks for a great time!

4 comfortable master suites, convenient to Grace Bay, but no privacy outside, A/C and water issues

A very clean house with comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, lovely private baths, and strong wifi. Easy drive to restaurants and stores. We walked the one mile to Pelican Beach on beautiful Grace Bay. The living area was “cozy” for our family gathering of six adults, and we missed having an indoor dining table. The air-conditioning didn’t work, despite a repair on our arrival day. Three fans couldn’t beat the heat. We cooled off in the well-maintained pool but couldn’t escape the sun on the patio. On Boxing Day, we had no water until early afternoon. Lori was promptly on site with plumbers who eventually fixed the cistern which was supposed to turn on when the town water (Leeward Settlement) went off. The neighborhood is unfinished. The adjacent lots are vacant, and are used by boat owners to park cars and meet boat tour customers. With minimal plantings and fencing, the patio is exposed on all sides, so there is zero privacy. We were surprised when a boat owner hooked his hose to “our” house to clean his boat! If privacy and shade were improved with landscaping and umbrellas, and if the A/C worked, the house would be much more comfortable and meet the “5 stars” of the four master suites.

A great week at Breath Easy!

The house is just as the pictures show. We had a group of 7 and it was very comfortable. The house is clean. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved going out on the paddle boards and kayaks everyday. We used the house as base camp as we explored the island. A great trip! The only negative for us was the pool was way too cold where we never used it. I’m guessing it’s due to the time of year. Everything on the island is close by and easy. Felt very safe. Would recommend this house!

Awesome time

We had a great time staying in this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location - quite close to many beaches (the main one but quiet ones also). We would not hesitate to go back. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms - we were 1 family of 4 + 2 sets of grand parents and everyone had all the space they needed.

Great location, kid friendly, fully stocked modern home!

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary with my family in Turks! From start to finish, Lori was so easy to communicate with and made the stay run smooth. She answered all my questions and met me at the house to welcome our family. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked! The kids (all under the age of 6 Years old) enjoyed the pool, kayak, and paddle boards! Every room had a bathroom and was very clean. The House was even stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, sunblock and so much more! We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this home. It was so convenient having a dock where we rented a boat for the whole day from Island Vibes. We love the neighborhood because it was safe and a residential area of Turks. Beautiful modern home with all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation!

Wonderful!!

This home was perfect for 8 people. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and had plenty of space to spread out. The house was georgeous, beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook a nice meal. We cooked outside on the grill a couple nights. Nothing could compare to eating outside under the stars looking at the lights reflecting off the peaceful canal. There were no mosquitoes which was great!! We walked daily the 5 minutes to the Blue Haven Marina and got delicious coffee drinks (the teens especially loved that) they played pool outside of Salt restaurant and we had dinner there a couple of nights (burgers and salads) which were good. Blue Haven did not let us hang out on their beach so beware if you want to go to the beach you really need to rent a car! we had planned on that anyway because we wanted to explore the reefs along Grace Bay Smiths reef and Blight reefs were awesome!!! Tried to venture out at night for dinner but it's a bit unnerving when you don't know exactly where to go. We figured it out later in the vacation that following grace bay past Venetian etc...would lead to some nice places to eat and the shopping center where Potcakes is. It was one of the best vacations we've had and the water, villa etc was top notch!!! Thank you Lori for helping us back to the airport with our ton of luggage and to Angela for her suggestions. we will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely Perfect

My husband /myself /our son/ daughter in law/ and grandchild went down to stay for a week this January. This property could not have been more perfect. It looks exactly like the photos. Each bedroom has it own bathroom which is a huge plus. The pool is well appointed with BBQ/lounge chairs and beach towels. Lori the property manager could not have made our stay any more special. Besides this property being well suited to our needs right around the corner within walking distance there is a resort called the Blue Haven. So you have the best of both worlds. Would definitely stay again!!!!!

Unforgettable Family Vacation!

My family and I stayed in this home for 5 nights/6 days and loved it so much we wished we booked a longer stay! We will definitely be returning next year. The property manager, Lori, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every minute of our stay at the house. The house itself was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood its in is filled with beautiful homes and is nice and secluded and safe. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great when we were all getting ready to go to the beach or go out to dinner. We could all get ready at our own pace :) We spent a lot of time relaxing by pool and we barbecued on the outdoor grill a few times as well. There are plenty of pool towels provided for you to use and a washer/dryer in case you run out of clean towels. We would hook up our iPhones to the speakers outside and play some music while we were hanging out. The paddle boards and the kayaks that are provided for you to use at the house were so much fun! The Blue Haven Resort is right next door where you can walk to and rent jet skis, book snorkeling and fishing excursions, etc. There's also a bar and restaurant at the resort if you feel like staying local. I highly recommend renting a car. You will need one if you plan on leaving the house. Cabs don't charge by distance, they charge per person ($24/pp on average). We took the car out often and explored the beautiful island. Grace Bay beach is a quick 10 minute drive, and there's a large grocery store with everything you need about 7 minutes away. There's also a small market within walking distance at the Blue Haven Resort that was very convenient. There's lots to do in Turks & Caicos and the water is absolutely stunning and crystal clear. You will remember it forever! We are looking forward to our next stay at the Breathe Easy Villa :)

Fabulous property! All rooms are well appointed. Can't ask for more!

Terrific vacation. The space provided lots of room for my large family to enjoy time together and have plenty of space for privacy as well. The pool and patio area is fantastic. The canal provides access to open waterways and we enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. We got great tips on snorkeling excursions, places to eat , beaches and much more! Turks and Caicos is a terrific place to visit made more special by this property.

Incredible Place!!

Spent 5 nights with my family and elderly mom at this beautiful villa! Such a great place for my mom to enjoy one of her ' bucket list' wishes with easy access. We all enjoyed the beautiful canal - went kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming- even once with a turtle. At night it was great to sit around the large outside bar listening to music. We barbecued 2 nights which the kids really loved. There is a small market right around the corner which was very convenient as well. The house had everything we needed, and more. The beds were very comfortable, definitely high- quality. Beautifully furnished home. Took a snorkel trip right out from around the corner at the Blue Haven resort which was awesome and very convenient.(saw incredible fish and a barracuda too!) We rented a car ( highly recommend) as the villa is right at the end of the Grace Bay Beach area and in a beautiful, quiet, safe, gated community of Leeward. Loved that it only took us 5 minutes to get to the town, the grocery store, the quaint shops,. We ventured around the island to see some different beaches but we kept coming back to what they call 'Pelican Beach' which is about a 2 minute drive from the house. The beach there was quiet, hardly anybody there. There were lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for anyone's use - we usually brought our own from the house. We ate breakfast and lunch at home and went out several nights for dinner-I highly recommend Mango Reef and Bay Bistro. The property manager Laurie was wonderful - very helpful and knowledgeable. The owner Angela called us during our stay to make sure all was okay as well. Although I have rented in Turks and Caicos before, it was always in hotels. The Villa is the way to go - this house will be perfect for our next adult couples only trip.

Perfect girls weekend

My girlfriends and I spent a long weekend in this villa. Each one of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, that was nice. The pool was spectacular, the canal was just steps away where we went swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Restaurants that were highly recommended were nearby and easy to get too, however we had one pleasurable night in, we used the BBQ hut with a bar which seated all of us, the kitchen was well equipped. Defiantly staying longer next time on our girls get away. This villa was everything and more. Tee

Breath taking rental

We spent a glorious week at this beautiful villa. Everything lived up to our expectations. The canal gave us plenty to do (paddle boarding and kayaking) beds were especially comfortable,and the beach was minutes away.All of this and more will bring us back next year. The Daugherty Family
