Stunning Ocean front townhouse located in the most beautiful part of the island - between El Duque and La Caleta village. Next to famous hotels H10 Costa Adeje and Sheraton.
House have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a balcony. On the first floor you will find one bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room connected with fully equipped, modern kitchen with the exit to the terrace where you can enjoy sunsets and prepare BBQ.
On the second floor are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the balcony overlooking to the ocean
Complex have 2 swimming pools, one of them is heated! Kids pool, jacuzzi and kids playground.
La Caleta beach is located in just 2min walking, behind the complex
Famous el Duque beach is in 5 min walking distance
On this fantastic area you can find lots of great restaurants, shops, ect. Small supermarket where you can by everything you need is just in front of the complex, bus station is also just across the road.

great property in a quiet area on the outskirts of Adeje. Only issue with the holiday was not knowing which property i.e. house no we were staying at (I emailed our host Max, 2-3 times in the week leading up to the stay but no response) so we ended up arriving via taxi to the property complex not knowing which accomm or how to access the house. The taxi driver made a call and after c15-20 mins i received a call from Max advising of the house no and how to access the keys (via a lock box on the outside of the property) - why couldn't Max have emailed these details before we arrived?. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we required. Definatley stay there again but please next time please confirm the house no (if were staying at a different prpoperty on the complex) and provide the pin to the drop box so we can access the keys to house.

Fantastic location

The apartment is in the perfect location to walk into LA caleta or Adeje. Perfect for us as two couples with having two ensuite bathrooms. Very helpful host, we will be rebooking as soon as we can.

Großzügiges und sauberes Ferienhaus

Das Objekt liegt einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt, alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind in der Umgebung. Das einzige was etwas negativ ist, die Rückseite zeigt zu einen Baustellenlagerplatz bei dem es während der Arbeitszeit etwas rund geht.

Had a great time at the town house loads of room, pool is lovey and just the right size house is clean loads of space, shop and restaurant only over the road and jade place is lovey would definitely look to book again

Outstanding

Just arrived back from this property and what can I say other than perfect from pick up to going home . The property is in a stunning and perfect complex with beautiful grounds 2 min from the small shopping centre with supermarket with everything you need a few shops and of course the Jade stone restaurant which serves lovely meals next door is the H10 palace hotel. Calleta is stunning and a 15 min stroll takes you to El Duque which is stunning the walk is lovely along the promenade the apartment is fantastic with everything you could possibly need, have no hesitation in recommending Caleta and this apartment.
