STERLING SANDS UNIT #801 CORNER PENTHOUSE UNIT has BREATHTAKING, OCEAN-FRONT/VIEWS throughout. Located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, our "Home Away from Home" is professionally decorated with custom-made cabinets, quartz countertops, and newly-tiled throughout the unit (master bedroom and third bedroom pics don't display.) Custom-made, linen window treatments, along with beautiful, distressed furniture give the unit a crisp, clean atmosphere made for relaxation. The large sliding glass balcony doors & Dining Room windows offer ample opportunities to take in the breathtaking views of the sparkling, emerald green waters, as well as the many families of dolphin that frequent the waters.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, as well as a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System. A booster highchair is also provided. The brand new washer and dryer is large capacity.

For your relaxation and enjoyment, the Living Room includes a 55" flat-screen Smart TV. Rest on the couch and admire the cruise-like view of the beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast, or spend some quality family-time playing cards and classic board games (conveniently located inside the coffee table.) There is also a bar located in the Living Room which is stocked with an array of cocktail glasses, a blender, an ice bucket, and other bar accessories.

Whether you desire to lay in the sun while your child naps or choose to enjoy a meal with friends and family, our large deck with a newly-furnished lounger, bar-height dining table, and chairs will provide the atmosphere you need.

The Beach-Front Master Bedroom has newly-tiled flooring. It has a comfortable, king-size hybrid mattress, along with soft bedding and attractive furnishings and includes an HD 43" flat-screen smart TV. Step out of your private patio door to enjoy the sound of the surf. The Master Bathroom is newly-renovated with a total massage jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower with rain can. A wall-mounted vanity mirror and stool are provided for your comfort.

The Second Master Suite offers a spacious atmosphere including a comfy king-size bed, a twin rollaway bed, and relaxing chair. A 43" HD Smart TV with premium cable channels is provided for your enjoyment, as well as complimentary wifi. The newly-renovated Bathroom has its own spa-like whirlpool tub and walk-in shower with bench, rain can and handheld. Also included in your amenities are a wet-bar sink, a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster, blender and other kitchen items. A bistro table and chairs are provided. Enjoy your morning coffee and danish on your own private, plexiglass balcony with ocean views along with a great view of downtown Destin. The patio deck is furnished with two comfortable chairs and a bistro table, as well.

The Third Bedroom is designed with children or teens in mind. Newly-tiled, it offers a full-size bed with a comfortable mattress and a twin trundle below. The amenities include a a 32' Flat-Screen smart TV & DVD Player. A newly renovated, Full-Size Bathroom with shower is located off the hallway.

Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers.

Each bedroom mattress and boxspring is fully encased for optimal sanitary conditions.

Want to save yourself some money? An outside storage closet (located directly across from the front door) stores two Tommy Bahama beach chairs, loads of beach toys, several floats, small boogie boards, and other. A medium-size soft cooler is located in the kitchen pantry. Microfiber beach/pool towels are provided for use.

An assigned, covered parking space assures that you can always load & unload in comfort; unit 801 has the closest parking spot to the elevator.

Sterling Sands is maticulously maintained. It boasts a large pool with chairs, umbrellas, and loungers, hot tub, a covered grilling area with several large grills and seating, as well as a small newly-renovated work-out room. A large ice maker (for a fee), vending machines, and bathrooms are conveniently located near the pool area. There are two walkways that take you directly to the beach.

Sterling Sands is near attractions, shopping, restaurants, and right on beach. You are just a short 10 minute walk to the Back Porch Restaurant. Directly across the street you can find pizza, subs, beverage store, beach store, and ice cream/yogurt parlor. Also located across the street is The Track—a place to ride go-carts, play putt-putt, bungee jump, ride bumper boats, explore an arcade, and so much more. There is an additional $15.00 per guest (excluding babies) for 2 parking passes and wristbands for usage of the amenities. Beach service (chairs and umbrells) is not included in the price.
