It is ideal to rest at night as it is a quiet street and no noise at night. The apartment has 3 double rooms with two beds of 90cm per room. One of the rooms has its own bathroom and there is another bathroom for the two remaining rooms. Large living room with table for 6 people and terrace with table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools to cook anything. It has an electric coffee machine without filters, bread toaster, blender, juicer, blender, crockery, pots, pans, cutlery, paper napkins, etc ... The flat offers free WIFI service for clients. It also has a travel cot in case the client needs it. There is a supermarket just below the house, food stores and all kinds of shops in the vicinity. The bus station is 50 meters from the portal and the train station is 500 meters away. There is also a taxi rank 50 meters away.

This place is a short walk to all of the shopping and Calle de Laurel. It was clean and the patio was a great spot to people watch. The housekeeper Monica was friendly and prompt. Also nice that it is on the 1st floor so only one flight of stairs.
There is a very close market and coffeeshop. Just remember that everything put restaurants are closed on Sundays.

Volvería a alojarme aqui
Piso muy bien situado, en medio de la zona comercial y muy cerca del barrio antiguo. El piso está reformado recientemente y todo está en muy buena condición, se está muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y se está muy caliente. El dueño ha estado disponible en todo momento. Si volvemos a Logroño repetiremos apartamento.

Una agradable sorpresa.
La vivienda está reformada y perfectamente equipada y amueblada. Dispone de información turística de todo tipo. La situación es magnífica, muy cerca de todo, especialmente, de actividades gastronómicas, culturales y compras. Recomiendo concertar garage ya que es zona azul. El dueño es muy amable.
