Tiara Towers is a gated, private community with a garage, off street parking, jacuzzi, pool, gym and barbecue. The building is located on the beach and tranquil. Great fishing, diving, surfing, and beach combing right outside your door. The marina, fishing fleet and tiki bars are right down the road. Bike trails and world class kayaking are minutes away.
Beautifully furnished 3/2, three bedroom/two bathroom condominium, (1867 square feet under air) located in a well maintained high rise on the beach. Ocean front with unobstructed breathtaking views of the ocean from living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Big screen TV in master bedroom, living room and one guest bedroom. Cable and WIFI throughout the unit. The unit has a huge balcony outside the living room and master bedroom.
Split plan offering large master bedroom/bath on one side and two private guest bedrooms and a bath on the other side. Large master bedroom has TWO WALK-IN closets and master bathroom with walk-in shower. One guest room has two twin beds and the other features bunk beds and pull out bed. We are a Coral Gables family with 2 kids. It's nice being just 2 hours away from our tranquil weekend retreat. We love sharing our family retreat with your family...If anyone ever needs anything, we have a handyman near by the condo for help.
