It comes with four bedrooms which include two doubles, a twin and a single, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep seven people. Its interior also includes a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with an open fire, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory. To the outside you will find plenty of off-road parking and an enclosed garden with a lawn and patio with furniture and a barbecue. Cefn Werthyd Farmhouse is a welcoming getaway for friends and family to enjoy together.
Amenities: Oil central heating, open fire, woodburning stove, Electric oven and hob, Rayburn, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, TV, DVD, WiFi, books. Travel cot and highchair available. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. External barn with 2 x adult and 2 x children bicycles provided by the owner (to be used at own risk). Enclosed garden with patio and lawn with furniture and charcoal barbecue. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 1.9 miles. Please note: This property only allows Friday - Friday bookings during peak season.
