Located 7 minutes walking distance from the subway station, and 10 stops to the city center. Close to nature, lakes and several playgrounds
The house has three floors. On the top floor there are three bedrooms (one master and two single), one toilet with sink and shower and a small TV area with a sofa bed. On the entrance floor there is the kitchen and living room / dining area. From the living room there is an entrance to the terrace. The terrace's stairs lead down to the garden. In the basement there is one toilet with sink and shower, a laundry room and a hobby room.
The fantastic designed garden offers several areas to relax. A beautiful greenhouse / orangery with a sofa and table for spending summer evenings, sunbeds, trampoline and two private parking spaces.
