Peaceful apartment with scenic views (K113)
One bedroom apartment in the complex of Vista Roja has stunning views of Montaña Roja and La Tejita beach. The sun is in the garden area until around 4pm making it perfect for sunbathing. There is a commercial centre within a couple of minutes walk with a well stocked supermarket and various restaurants. A 5 minute drive takes you into the bustling local town of El Medano or the quieter village of Los Abrigos, well known for it's fish restaurants along the harbour.
All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Our colleague will meet you with the keys.
Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
