Apartment sleeps 5, in the center, large two-room apartment, with stunning views of the Castle and the sea, with swimming pool on the solarium on the top floor, open in the months from June to September.
It is composed of a living room, an open kitchen and a sofa bed, a double bedroom plus a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, a terrace with a table, chairs, sun umbrella and deckchairs, served by a lift that connects directly both the apartment and the pool. GARAGE for cars included in the price.
The accommodation is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, electric broom, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, induction cooker and everything needed for cooking.
Linens, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, towels and tablecloths are provided FREE.
On request a baby bed is available, but without the relative linen.
All included in the price, to celebrate your arrival you will find a bottle of sparkling wine of excellent quality, a bottle of fresh water, and a small supply of detergent washing machine, fabric softener, dishes, toilet paper and paper towel.
To pay the cleaning of the apartment mandatory cost of € 50.00 and the Tourist Tax TO PAY ON THE PLACE € 1 per day max 7 days per person excluding children under 14 years
