Villa Meridiana - Conca Specchiulla

The villa was completely renovated in 2017, has a living area with kitchen, three bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds), full bathroom with shower, toilet, outdoor shower and large courtyard with porch for use exclusive. It is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning and ceiling fans, flat screen TV, coffee machine, washing machine, outdoor barbecue, patio for meals, and area for hanging out.
Linen provided on request.
Free parking is available for guests of the chalet, as well as free parking for visitors.
The Village Conca Specchiulla is in the heart of Salento, a short distance from cities such as Otranto (12 km) and Lecce (45 km), and other famous tourist destinations such as Torre dell'Orso, Torre Sant'Andrea , Gallipoli and SM di Leuca.
The context of the Village is ideal for all ages, ideal for families with children and for those who want to stay having the pleasure of enjoying a holiday without the use of the car. Inside there are a small supermarket, various commercial shops including bar, rotisserie and pizzeria restaurant.
Present on site a swimming pool, sports facilities, playground and daytime and evening entertainment for children, bar and restaurant / pizzeria, small supermarket.
The sea can be reached in a few minutes walking along a short path in the pine forest, while in the vicinity of the village you can practice other activities such as horse riding, diving, boating and hiking.
ATTENTION: the Village Conca Specchiulla is not a holiday village in the strict sense of the term, as much as a housing structure. The villas are managed independently or by individual owners, such as ours, or by a consortium that owns some of them together with commercial activities. This characteristic makes the Village Conca Specchiulla similar to a small village.
