Located in a car free modern complex with communal pool, ideal for families. In walking (10 mins) distance to beach and restaurants. The apartment has a lovely balcony with side sea views and is otherwise equipped with all modern amenities. The master bed room has an en suite toilet and shower as well as a separate balcony. The apartment is fully air conditioned a wifi internet is provided free of charge.

Enjoyable break
This was our first time in Malta and this apartment was a good base to explore the island. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had all amenities required (including a microwave supplied at request). Aircon throughout which was excellent. Recommended stay and close to the beach.

Spacious flat
Spacious flat equipped with everything needed to have a pleasant stay (except the dishwasher which was broken). Swimming pool plus point. Quiet location.

Quiet spot
A wonderful spacious property in a lovely gated community. The pool was lovely with lovely views of the sea. Not good for people who struggle with stairs as there are many stairs around the gated property. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of herbs and spices in the cupboard. The bathrooms were great but could do with some resealing around the shower. Plenty of towels and beach towels in wardrobe. Both rooms are double beds. The main one is very hard compared to the second bedroom. Sofas very comfortable but could do with a hoover under the cushions. Nice balconies view over the pool and out to sea. Excellent air conditioning. Good correspondence with property manager. The property is in a quiet area a 10minute walk to where the shops and restaurants are at the beach front. A very steep walk in the other direction up hill to the village where there are many other restaurants and shops. Nearest supermarket was the Luna market. Taxi was reasonable to go up the hill. Many nice restaurants around.

Schöne Wohnung in nicht ganz idealer Lage und mit kleinen Mängeln
Buchung &Check in gut.Wegbeschreibung zur Anlage und Wohnung top. Insgesamt schöne & große Wohnung. Allerdings in unseren Augen nicht so in Stand gehalten & gepflegt, wie es für eine Wohnung zu dem Preis angemessen wäre. Küche: Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, die allerdings nicht in Betrieb ist. Sie wird nicht beworben, allerdings war für uns unverständlich, warum man sie nicht repariert. Dunstabzugshaube hat nicht funktioniert, ebenso gingen die Spots in der Küche nicht. Die Ausstattung, bis auf Gläser, ist recht rar und auch in die Jahre gekommen. Zwei Pfannen, wovon sich bei einer der Boden hebt und Mandarin kaum etwas braten kann, und zwei Töpfe sind zum Kochen für eine vierköpfige Familie etwas spärlich. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung in der Küche ihr günstigen Preis wird gehalten. Dafür, dass es keine drei Maschinen gibt, hätten auch Trockentücher bereitlegen müssen. Es gab nur ein Spülschwamm und einen Spüllappen. Wir hatten aber von zu Hause etwas mitgenommen. Bäder: Die Bäder sind ok. WC Spülung ließ sich nur mit großem Kraftaufwand betätigen Schlafzimmer: Matratze im großen Schlafzimmer extrem hart. Selbst für unsere Kinder unbequem. Die Matratze im kl. Zimmer ok. Balkon: Stüh unbequem und Tisch sehr wacklig. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes vom AP vor Ort kontaktiert, ob alles in Ordnung. Allerdings lassen sich alte Mängel & magere Ausstattung nicht in wenigen Tagen ändern. schön, aber verbesserungswürdig.
