This stunning home, designed by the renowned late architect Rick Jones, blends traditional mountain lodge charm with modern comforts. With 2,900 sq. ft. of living space and a spacious double garage, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Immediate access to miles of Suncadia trail system, whether it's hiking, biking, cross-country skiing or snow shoeing!

As you step into the great room, let the warmth of the natural stone fireplace and the embrace of the 18-foot vaulted ceiling surround you. Enjoy a favorite TV show or revel in the company of loved ones over a board game, all while being enchanted by the majestic forest views through the full wall French doors. Make a gourmet meal in the fully stocked open concept kitchen. Sip your morning coffee by the large dining table, and get ready for a surprise visit from a mother deer and her curious faced fawn.
