Beautiful Penthouse apartment centrally located with stunning sea views

Nice and almost new penthouse apartment located in a quiet residential area in the center of Rincón de la Victoria.

Free and unscrupulous situated with magnificent views of the city and the sea into the bay of Málaga.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. (Can be moved to a double bed) and 2 bathrooms.

Nice living room with dining area and direct access to west facing terrace with great sea view. Open kitchen and a well-equipped kitchen. From the living room / kitchen there is a staircase up to a very large private roof terrace with sun loungers, sitting area and dining area.

The roof terrace is partly covered with solid wood roof. A lovely place to sit in the shade on hot days.

Air conditioning / heating in all rooms. The apartment is very delicately furnished.

Garage on the lower floor with direct arrival by elevator to the apartment. Access to communal pool.

Traumhafter Blick

Ein sauberes und gutausgestattetes Apartment mit einer Frühstücksterrasse am Wohnzimmer und einer wundervollen Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Meer und Berge. Dachterrasse großzügig mit allem Komfort ausgestattet . In der Küche findet man alles zur Selbstverpflegung und in einem qualitativ hochwertigen Zustand vor. Betten sind auch für rückengeschädigte absolut geeignet. Badezimmer sind modern und sehr sauber. Fußläufig erreicht man Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkte in ca. 12 Minuten - abwärts ist das in Ordnung; zurück ist es für ältere Personen wie wir es sind doch eine Herausforderung. Da sollte man möglichst auf einen fahrbaren Untersatz zurück greifen. Die Kommunikation mit Brit war mehr als ausgezeichnet. Sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr, beantwortete die Emails/SMS umgehend und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es hätte wirklich nicht besser sein können. Das Apartment können wir allumfassend empfehlen.

Familienurlaub

Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist super und macht den Aufenthalt einzigartig. Der Strand sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell und gut zu erreichen.

Super Urlaub, grandioser Ausblick!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 jugendliche Kinder) haben die Weihnachtsferien in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie bietet ausreichend viel Platz und ist perfekt ausgestattet, von der Küche, über die Bäder bis hin zur Terrasse. Die Räume waren separat beheizbar, bei schlechtem Wetter natürlich von Vorteil. Auch die großartige Dachterasse und den Grill konnten wir sehr gut nutzen - ein Highlight. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, 10-15 min Fussweg vom Ortskern bzw. der Strandpromenade. Supermärkte oder auch Bäcker gibt es in der Nähe. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz - enfach perfekt. Ein toller Urlaub mit sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Vermietern.

Fantastic apartment with fabulous rooftop terrace

It is a very well equipped apartment. All the kitchen stuff you can think of is available. There is a nice balcony at the front and an enormous terrace at the roof with recliners, lounge chairs, a big table etc. Not to forget the big gas bbq. You can walk to the village and the sea in around 10 minutes. The way back is quite a steep climb. A few thing can be improved: there is no Wifi on the rooftop; and to make the rooftop a real outdoor kitchen a sink would be nice. The contact with the agency is really good. Brit answers all your questions almost immediately.
