What a great place to stay for our family, one block from the beach, great coffee shop next door, close to the wineries and very well stocked with everything you could need. Will definitely book again!

Great family vacation!

This is a wonderful property with a great location. We were right across the street from a beautiful, sandy beach! The location was great, the unit was perfect for our family and the owners were fast and accurate to respond. Highly recommend.

Location and vacation vibe!

The location was excellent; we could walk to the beach and there were several restaurants nearby. Nice to just leave the car parked some days! The decor in the home had a very beachy vacation feel to it, which was fun. There was everything we needed to make some of our meals as well. We were extremely pleased with the overall experience.

Home away from home!

We had the best time staying at this VRBO! The place was very spacious and clean. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were perfect for the 6 of us, and you could even fit more as there are bunk beds in 2 of the rooms! The 2.5 washrooms was also a nice touch. Location was so perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk from Marina beach, which was fantastic. Walking distance to downtown and the main strip. We loved how there were bikes available as well! We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our family getaway! Already planning to return again next year! :)

Great location!

House was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. A 5 min walk (with little kids) to an amazing, quiet beach. Sort drive up to the Naramata bench. Coffee shop next door was a bonus!! Thank you!!

Amazing location

This property was amazing. Location was walking distance to the beach and a couple minute drive to literally anything. Definitely going to be trying to grab this property for the next time I want to visit Penticton. 10/10 would recommend!

A very pleasant stay.

The place was even cleaner and nicer than we imagined. Very clean, neat, and organized. Although we were not the first guests in that place, it felt like everything was new. We were very nicely welcomed and treated by the owner. If we plan to come back to Penticton next year, that will definitely the place, and we will recommend it to our friends.

Loved this property!

Lynn was quick to reply to all our questions and was very generous with her time and resources to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. After packing and travel we were welcomed to a lovely cool air conditioned home, wine and freshly homemade brownies! She loaned us bikes for adults and children as well as a wagon so we could transport all our gear to the beach. She made sure we had a safe place to store the bikes that we brought. The kitchen has great appliances, dishes and kitchen tools so we could easily cook three healthy meals a day for nine people. Thank you so much Lynn!

Best hosts and location - loved the place

This was our second time visiting this fantastic duplex. Lynn and Greg are great hosts. Check in is easy, fresh treats waiting (like brownies and cherries in season), clean and well appointed decor. The duplex is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, games in the family room and bath supplies. Proximity to the Bench is like having a built in restaurant downstairs. Easy walk to the beach and Saturday market. Looking forward to returning!

Beautiful place! Lots of room. Clean and comfortable.

Hosts were wonderful to work with! They went over and above to make sure our stay was comfortable. They even provided a high chair and playpen for our baby. The house had everything we needed for our group of 7 children and 3 adults! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Greg and Lynn’s place. The location is prime with only a short walk to the beach and town, not to mention the Bench coffee shop right next door! The place is very clean, incredibly well kept and well stocked. Greg was quick to assist us with anything we needed. We appreciated this very much! Wonderful Family Vacation

Walk to everything. Less than a 5 min walk to the sand.

Enjoy a morning coffee, coconut mocha, Bench Benny or a warm fresh fruit muffin next at the Bench Market (Voted Best Coffe Shop and Bistro in the Okanagan).

Less than 5 min to the beach. We cater to families and can provide wagons, beach toys, umbrellas, etc. We also have highchairs and playpens.

For the wine aficionados, the property is ideally situated at the start of the Naramata Bench. Wine tours pick up guests regularly from the Bench Market next door. We are also within a 10-minute walk of 4 of the Okanagan's best craft beer distilleries.
