The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, large bathroom, living room with sofa bed, large kitchen, large outdoor patio of 50 square meters with wooden tables and beds. Super-equipped kitchen complete with pots and glasses.
Reserved parking and access via a dirt road, you can enjoy total relaxation.
The apartment has a vertical drop of 50 meters which allows it to stay in the middle of August in an almost always ventilated area.
All windows have mosquito nets and all rooms have individual air conditioning.
The beach is 250 meters away and is in front of the house, easy to access and sandy. Wide spaces of free beach and private beach coexist. Parking is free and there is always a place. For those who want it can also be reached on foot.

Belvedere maritime is at the center of a vast territory full of wonders to visit, from the Sila mountains, to the city of Cosenza, Amantea, Tropea, Paola with the Basilica of San Francesco, Cetraro, the baths of Guardia Piemontese going south.
Going North we find Praia, Maratea, Sapri, Palinuro and the peninsula.
Going inland you can reach the Ionian coast reaching the coast of the Achaeans.
