Magnificent fully equipped villa with capacity for 6 people, it has a main house with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, large terrace, and equipped with air conditioning and fireplace.
Outside there is a large swimming pool, an outdoor pergola dining room next to the barbecue, where you can grill meat or the typical Valencian paellas, and also outside there is a large area next to the pool for sunbathing, as well as as a chill out area, with a coffee area, as well as a full bathroom.
This chalet is also located in an urbanization that has a natural lake with beach sand where you can enjoy the waters of Navarrés with the children.

Lovely house

Nice house with a pool and plenty of seating outside. Everything you need is there, even the matching pads for the coffee machine. Clean. Communication was a bit difficult as the hosts don't speak English and our Spanish wasn't the best.

La casa no estaba mal, pero no es lo que esperábamos. En el anuncio ponía que tenía dos baños y capacidad para ocho personas, tres habitaciones y un baño en el interior, y una casa anexa a la piscina con un comedor grande, una habitación con capacidad para 4 personas y otro baño, pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que esa otra cosa la tenían cerrada para el propietario y que sólo podríamos disponer de 1 baño y las habitaciones del interior de la casa. Tengo que decir que de haber sabido que tenía un solo baño, nunca la habríamos alquilado por cuestiones personales, pero No nos lo dijeron hasta que llegamos allí. La ubicación no está mal y hay algunos sitios interesantes para visitar por la zona. Monica, que es la persona que gestiona la casa, intentó que nos sintiéramos lo más cómodos posibles a pesar de la incidencia.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana entre amigos y no hemos podido estar mejor en esta casa. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y la casa es preciosa. La piscina y la barbacoa lo mejor. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y ventilador. Repetiremos seguro. Muchas gracias por todo Monica!
