Avalon at Clearwater - Royal Marina - Minutes to Clearwater Beach

Come share our dream condo located in the heart of Clearwater! Newly remodeled, the condo can accommodate up to 6. These spacious suite features two impeccably appointed, separate bedrooms with their own bathroom and closet as well as a kitchen, a living room, a balcony and a dining room.

The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and a Samsung Smart TV. Furthermore, it offers direct access to the balcony and ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom features two double-sized beds, perfect for the children or friends, as well as a shower in the bathroom

In the living room, you can find two sofas, one of which is a queen-sized bed pullout, another Samsung Smart TV and the door to the balcony.

The brand new kitchen features a set of microwave, fridge and stove. It also contains a toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the dishes and silverware you need.

Finally, the dining room offers a round table with five chairs by a window giving on the balcony.

You will have unlimited access to Wi-Fi internet and unlimited phone calls to Canada and the US.

Amenities include: 24 h fitness center, clubhouse, a business center with WIFI Internet access, parking and heated pool that are just steps away from your condo!

For your trip to the beach: beach towels, beach umbrella, portable chairs and cooler are also available for guests use.
We provide a small starter supply of disposable household necessities for your stay: shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher pod (detergent), laundry detergent pod, paper towels, toilet paper.

The condo is located on the 3rd (and top) floor of a walk-up building inside the Avalon in Clearwater - gated community complex. As such, you benefit from greater comfort thanks to high vaulted ceilings and increased silence.

Notes:
The buildings of The Avalon complex do not have elevators.
Rates are based on 4 guests; add $15 per night, per additional guest.
Upon completion of booking, we require a valid ID for short term rental application with the complex's administration.
For your safety and security, there is a security peephole camera installed on the door of your condo unit. This camera only monitors the exterior hallway outside the door.

Right when we open the door smelled terrible!!
The condo smelled terrible, damp, and the floors did not feel clean. The master bed was very hard, and all of the pillows were completely flat had to use all the pillows in the condo. Got home, and all her clothes and suitcases smelt like the apartment would not stay there again just because of the smell! Everything else in the apartment from the decor, the things that were provided were very good thought it was too much to ask renters to wash beach towels and put back if you use them that was too much they already are washing bath towels they could’ve washed the beach towels. We did abide by the request and washed and dried and folded the beach towels and put them back .

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Marina. The condo was amazing and very home like environment. The pool was just as wonderful. Christian and Christina were great to work with. The property is beautiful. We plan to come back next year.

Excellent holiday location
We enjoyed an excellent two weeks in the Royal Marina condo. The apartment is extremely comfortable very well equipped with all the day-to-day necessities. We particularly liked the nautical theme in the lounge area and the convenience of the balcony facility off the lounge/master bedroom. The condo hosts did an excellent job in preparing the place for our arrival and keeping us informed throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend. One of the best locations we have stayed at.

Clearwater Retreat
We spent a long weekend visiting our son who was working in the area as a traveling welder. The location of this property was perfect for great food, great beaches, & was as. Comfortable as home. Highly recommend stay at the Avalon .

The condo was great equipped with all that you needed and more. The host thought of everything for you so just show up. Good proximity to clear water beach and the pool was also great. We had quality beach Towels, beach chairs and umbrella.

We were very impressed with the condo. It was more than expected - outstanding & loved the binder of details along with the constant communication with owners when having questions. The location was great you could walk or bike if not wanting to drive to the different locations(parks, beach & other activities ). The others staying within the Avalon location were very nice and polite. We would definitely come back again.

A Gem in Clearwater!!
This property is absolutely a GEM!! From before our vacation to the end, everything was perfect. Cristian was beyond helpful with not only the information provided on the property listing, but provided additional recommendations for the area - food, nightlife, family fun, beaches, parking - you name it! The accommodations were absolutely beautiful!! Beautiful seaside vibe, beds were so comfy (my daughters said they need beds just like them). All the amenities listed on the description and more. Also, provided were beach chairs, cooler and if you have younger children beach toys. Enjoyed our breakfasts outside on the patio/deck. Pool was refreshing, not crowded and very tranquil. The location cannot be any better - there was a great bar and grill not even a 1 minute walk from the condo. Grocery store right across the street was so convenient! Short drive to beaches - which we enjoyed 4 different ones. Definitely would recommend this accommodation - if we make another trip out to Clearwater will definitely we coming back here. THANK YOU Cristian and Cristina for a most enjoyable experience for me and my family!

Perfect Family Getaway
A perfect location. Close to Clearwater for a great beach day and a nice, large pool for the mornings and evenings. Large beds for parents and two large beds for each child (2). Nice extra to have two full bathrooms. Decor made you feel like you were at a beach vacation and tied it all together. Great communication with the owners - they were thoroughly helpful throughout. Would look forward to booking again in the future and inviting one of our friends to be in the condo next door. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Our Stay
All questions we had prior to our stay were quickly answered with informative replies. Prior to our stay exterior maintenance was to be completed on the condo we had requested. We were given the option to select a different condo which was accepted. The condo was well furnished and beach items you may have forgot or could not bring with were even available. The grounds are nice and the pool area was great. Much larger than expected. There are no elevators and we were on the 3rd floor so if steps are a concern this is important. After the 2nd day though my legs were taking 2 steps at a time and enjoying the exercise. We could come again Thank you

Clean beautiful condo! This condo is furnished very well and have everything you can think of! I wish it had an elevator it was not fun taking all the luggages up and down the stairs. Other then that I highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation
I’m from the northeast and with most Florida stays I struggle with how hot I feel even inside. The A/C just doesn’t typically work well enough. I was so pleasantly surprised at how cool and comfortable I was here. The bed was super comfortable and the whole area was very clean. The internet went out briefly our second day but the hosts noticed before we did and with a quick modem reboot we were back up. Great responsive hosts and would definitely rent from them again.

This place had everything we needed. The decor was awesome. Christian and Cristina were great. They made it so easy to book and sent everything we needed for Avalon. We hope to stay there again next June. Also"Abe's" restaurant right next door had really good food.
