A nice place to stay

It is a nice location for vacation with direct view of the beach. However, my apartment was cleaned only twice in 21 days and I wished it was cleaned more frequently. In fact, I had to request for it to be cleaned before it was done. The door access card given to me when checked in did not work and I did not receive another one even after requesting multiple times. I had to call the security to let me in every time I left the property . The security staff were bery helpful and friendly. I wished someone had told me where to put the trashes when I checked in as it took me a while to figure it out. One of the TVs was not working but was fixed after complaining. The property manager was very helpful in making me happy. All my requests were granted except the door access card. I will definitely stay there again because they listen to their clients.
