Situated at900 metres from the Playade la Fossa, the most beautyful of Calpe, in a quiet neighbourhood. Fenced lockable private parking with electric gate. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars very nearby. Large terrace just outside the living, smaller terrace for sunbathers..
Nice big pool, (shared with 6 premises). Garden.
Strictly no smoking – no dogs.
Electricity not included in prices, to be paid separately.

Living and dining room. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Linen washing machine in the store room. Bathroom with towels. 2 sleeping rooms for 2 persons each.

Good place to stay in Calpe
The property is old but clean with a new kitchen and the owner told me that he is going to renovate the bathroom as well. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is sufficiently spacious. Two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and sufficient towels for the shower and the pool. The property has a very spacious terrace with sun most of the day and direct access to the communal pool. The pool is quite large and usually quiet as only 6 houses share the pool. There are 3 restaurants and two supermarkets within easy walking distance. The area itself is quiet.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und Herr Paul Colin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn wir Fragen hatten. Im Chalet gab es alles was man als Familie braucht von Handtücher bis Besteck war einfach alles dabei. Die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig und vor allem sicher. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Horror Haus
Wir sind abends im Haus angekommen und fast umgefallen, uns hat ein massiver Gestank nach Insektenvernichtung empfangen. Wir mussten erst mal ordentlich lüften, bevor wir das Haus mit unseren Kindern betreten konnten. Kurz darauf wussten wir auch schon warum es so bestialisch nach Insektiziden stank. Uns begrüßten 2 Kakerlaken, bereits auf dem Rücken liegend und wehrlos. Insgesamt erlegten wir während unserer Woche dort 22 Kakerlaken. Das Haus war nur oberflächlich sauber (die glatten Flächen in der Küche), ansonsten war es regelrecht dreckig. Es war noch die Unterwäsche der Vormieterin in der Schublade. Als nächstes gab es kein Internet IM Haus (außen schon). Angeblich sollte es Glasfaser mit 500Mbit geben, leider nicht für uns. Ich habe den Vermieter angeschrieben am Tag unserer Ankunft und auch noch mal am Tag darauf, es kam keine Antwort und somit auch keine Lösung. Auch die angegebene Telefonnummer der Verwalterin vor Ort hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben überwiegend draußen geschlafen, weil es uns drinnen zu eklig war. Darüber hinaus stand in der Beschreibung von FeWo nichts davon, dass man Strom bezahlen muss. Wir haben am Tag der Anreise eine Anleitung per E-Mail bekommen, die hatte es schon in sich. TV Empfang funktioniert nur eingeschränkt, es wird empfohlen ein HDMI Kabel mitzubringen (Super hilfreich, wenn man schon unterwegs ist). Dann noch der Hinweis, dass, wenn es kein Gas gibt, man welches kaufen muss. Allein betrachtet kein Problem, in der Summer zu viel.

Zwembad is NIET verwarmd. In de winter is het vrij vochtig en kil in huis. Geen beschutting op het terras. Rustige ligging. In winter zon tot half 4 op het terras. Internet-tv gaf problemen. Gaskachel geeft weinig effectieve warmte. Keuken prima Bedden erg kort. Badkamer veel te koud in de winter.

Goede woning. Zoals verwacht was naar aanleiding van de beelden die wij tevoren kregen. Contact met eigenaar of de mevrouw in de buurt was niet snel te krijgen. Toen we geen elektriciteit hadden, door lekkende boiler, gaf dat wel wat ongemak. ….uiteindelijk goed opgelost 👍🏿

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung. Wir haben schöne Wochen hier verbracht, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse und bis zum Meer 20 min zu Fuß, Einkaufen in 600 m. Zu unserer Urlaubszeit Oktober alles sehr ruhig. Wir waren schon oft in Calpe und kennen uns gut aus, das Ferienhaus liegt sehr gut und man kann alles ohne Auto erreichen. Alle Zimmer mit AC und eine neue Küche, eine Heizung ist im WZ ebenfalls für die kühle Jahreszeit vorhanden. Wir brauchten sie nicht. Sehr netter Vermieter,den wir noch kennengelernt haben und auf alle Fragen und Hinweise positiv reagiert hat. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Un lugar maravilloso
Es un lugar encantador, la vivienda es maravillosa, los vecinos de las casas colindantes son espectaculares, está cerca de todo, los dueños son muy amables. Tiene todo para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, tiene una piscina maravillosa. Gracias por todo, repetiremos sin pensarlo. It is a charming place, the house is wonderful, the neighbors of the neighboring houses are spectacular, it is close to everything, the owners are very friendly. It has everything to spend an excellent vacation. I highly recommend this place, it has a wonderful pool. Thanks for everything, we will repeat without thinking.

Nous avons déjà séjourné à ce même endroit. Idéalement situé pour tout (plage, restaurant, supermarché), pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture. L’endroit est très calme, vue superbe.

Rustige ligging. Verschillende mogelijkheden om buiten te zitten. Prima inrichting. Het enige wat ontbreekt is een (electrische) waterkoker.

Leuk huisje met zwemmogelijkheid
Zeker met kinderen erbij was dit een leuk adresje. We konden zwemmen en het was nog rustig omdat het zwembad slechts met enkele huisjes gedeeld wordt. Een klein community gevoel :-) Genoeg privacy door privé tuintje. Huisje is ruim en netjes opgeknapt! Ideaal dat je een privé parking hebt. Als je iets zoekt, zeker de moeite waard om te logeren.

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage.
Wir haben hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Geräumige Zimmer eine neue Küche, ein Balkon mit Tisch und Sonnenschirm. Im Hof befinden sich nochmals ein Gartentisch, Schirm und Sonnenliegen. Das Schwimmingpool ist groß und gepflegt sowie auch der hübsche Obstgarten. Mit dem Auto erreicht man den Strand in 5 Minuten. Für uns war alles perfekt. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.
