Downtown Phoenix attached 2 bed/1bath suite.

The is a private attached suite , with its own separate entrance and a covered carport for a vehicle.
We have a 2 bedroom/1 Bathroom/Living Room suite attached to our house that we are opening up to guests. Sleeps 5 guest max
The 2 bedrooms both have King sized beds and big screen TV’s .
There is a comfortable living room area with a sofa ( not a sofa bed ) a sofa love seat and a recliner where you can kick back and watch TV and socialize with all other guests in your party. We are huge baseball fans, so you will see our baseball decor from Little League, High School, College and Professional.
The house is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. We are located minutes away from many downtown Phoenix attractions such as Chase Field home of the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Team and Talking Stick Arena home of the Phoenix Suns Basketball Team .
We are also less than a mile away and walking distance to the Phoenix Convention Center , The Arizona Science Center , The Phoenix Children’s Museum and many great restaurants.
If you don't feel like walking or want to explore other parts of town in Phoenix the Light Rail station is located a block away. The light rail can take you to Downtown Phoenix but also can drop you off in Tempe for the Arizona State University College scene . Mesa . The Sky Harbor Airport Sky Tram takes you to the different Terminals at the airport.

Baseball getaway

Super Bowl and waste management open

Came to town for the Super Bowl and waste management open. Liz was an awesome host and we really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to downtown Phoenix and was exactly what we needed. Would def book here again if I go to Phoenix again.

Perfect Stay

Our stay in this adorable gem was comfortable from the moment we arrived. We were in town for a baseball tournament for our son and because this is a baseball family also, lots of relevant advice was offered that assisted us so much. The location is absolutely perfect and a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again when our plans bring us back to the area! Thank you Liz for a wonderful stay!

Phoenix getaway

Such a great place to stay. Our hosts were so friendly and made us feel right at home. We were within 20 minutes of mountains, restaurants and our family and friends. Comfy beds and delicious morning coffee on the patio. Don’t pass this site up!!!!

Concert at Chase Stadium

Perfect location to walk to Chase Field for a concert or if you are going to a Diamond Backs game. Liz was awesome making sure we had everything we needed.

Fantastic VRBO!!

This place has it all. Great set up and full of little thoughtful touches. I always pack extra items and found they provided almost all of them. Amazing location and it was a quick & easy walk to Chase Field for a game. Liz, the property manager, was so nice too!! My family rated our stay 10 out of 10!

The place was fine good for one or two guest

I thought that the property was separate then the owners . It does not have privacy. But the host was great!!! The location was good for the reasons we needed this trip. And the owner was able to accommodate us with the ammenties we needed. Would stay if need be . The ac should have its own control separate control from the main house

Home-y, cozy stay with great neighbors and friendly vibes

Couldn’t have been happier with this stay. My friends and I were in town over a weekend for a marathon, and the space and hosts were perfect. Liz was friendly and welcoming, and the beds and couches were exactly what we needed. The bathroom clean and stocked with towels, the Keurig came with coffee, and Liz was kind enough to leave us snacks. Late one evening, my friends and I accidentally left our key at another friend’s house, and Liz graciously popped out from next door to let us in. We were also really happy with the parking situation - there was a carport adjacent to the “suite” and additional parking available in the culdesac. Thanks again for a nice stay; this will surely be the first place I check for future visits.

Everything was great! Location couldn't have been better. The Torrez Family was amazing, they really cared about how your stay was going and asked if there was anything that you needed. If you're looking for a secluded getaway it might not be for you. The rental is attached to the families house and they can often be heard during waking hours. This was not an issue for us, it made it feel more like staying with family. The rental was very clean and had everything and more that a hotel offers. Since we were down there for baseball the decor of the house really added to the experience. We plan on staying at this rental every year from here on out. Cant wait for our son to meet Riccio and the entire family. Thank you soooo much Torrez Family!

Great experience!

I thought it was a great experience overall. Talked to the owners briefly and they were very nice and welcoming. Place looks like just the picture and has everything you needed. Plenty of towels, very clean and put together! Also very kind of them to put snacks and waters out for us! Never had that before at any stay. It was great and above and beyond! The only issue was that the main house and the part of the house you stay in is only separately by a thin closet type door, so during the day you could hear the main house. Didn’t cause us an issue since we were hardly there though and only really used the house to sleep and get ready in. Also, check in process was a bit confusing as the address is the main house and you’re staying at the side house, however the owner was there and helped right away. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location and host!

Liz was so friendly and helpful from the start-she really made our trip to escape the winter blues easy! When we arrived, they were unfortunately dealing with a busted hot water heater. Liz and her husband were so good about updating us and hustling to get a new one installed that it was fixed by that night! The house is within walking distance of food and attractions like the science center. The space was clean, organized, and comfortable. My only complaint would be that I am very sensitive to smell, and some of the fragrances aggravated my allergies. Since that isn't anyone's fault, 5 out of 5 stars all around. I'd give even more for the friendliness and accommodating nature of our hosts. (Liz let us leave our bags at the house after check out so we could see a last minute spring training game, and even drove us the few blocks to the train stop!) Would definitely stay again.

Hello my name is Riccio Torrez. This is my family's house and am helping manage it for them. We live in a culdesac with 8 other houses. All of the houses belong to a member of my family on my fathers side. Very family oriented and safe neighborhood.
