MY HAPPY PLACE! BEACHFRONT! FREE BEACH CHAIRS MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER!

Welcome to our Happy Place! Look at that View!!! We are located on the second floor. Sleeps up to 4! Kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances, Granite counter tops, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils! Has 2 Queen size beds. Fitness center on the 3rd floor and a laundry on every other floor. Large Pool with a kiddie Pool. Common area balconies throughout the complex, sorry we do not have a private balcony. Picnic area with grills and picnic tables for your family outings! Snack Bar by pool open seasonal! Best place to watch the sunrise and sunset is on the upper deck above the snack bar. Shuffle Board! Beachfront and only steps to the beach! We are just waiting on you!

There is a age restriction of 21 years old for one guest staying at The top of the gulf. This is a Non-smoking unit. Smoking is allowed in designated areas.

The complex is located in the heart of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive. Close to popular restaurants Pineapple Willy’s and Hammerhead Fred’s.

Perfect Fall Break
Our family, including our two youngest daughters (teen/pretean), came down for a perfect four day stay. The condo was perfect for us and even better than expected. First, the facility was clean, well kept, and easy to get and to get to everything. Checking into the resort for our passes was a friendly and easy process. We got there a little early and had the privilege of getting to meet our host, Paula, who was so friendly and helpful. The condo itself was beautiful. Everything was new, classic, and completely beautiful - right out of Beach magazine. We had plenty of space and our family felt right at home. We loved the fact that the condo had overlook seating right above the snack shack for my husband and I to go out and have morning coffee while the girls watched us from the window, while watching their movies. The private beach access kept the crowds down and really made our beach experience better than expected. I would definitely recommend staying here. Frankly, We are already planning our trip back in the Spring and cannot wait!

First time ever staying at this condo and absolutely loved it!! We will most definitely return!! The unit was gorgeous and did not disappoint at all!! Felt extremely safe, secure and comfortable at this location! The owners are very responsive, friendly and take a lot of pride in their unit!! Pictures don’t even do it justice!! It’s seriously just that beautiful ♥️

This place has everything you could possibly need! A pristine, beautifully designed oceanfront condo where everything is in perfect working order. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Top of the Gulf has become our new favorite destination. What more could you ask for?

The condo was so well kept and beautiful! Paula was absolutely wonderful to work with, she was so easy and great to communicate with. Interior of condo is wonderful!
The interior of this condo is amazing! This unit has everything you could possibly want or need. Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen with every appliance and gadget you could want, plenty of towels and pillows. Gorgeous view of pool and beach. Cute built in bunk beds for kids. We didn’t use them but I’d definitely consider brining my grandkids back and booking this unit again. Literally steps from the sand and water. Cards, cards games, and puzzles provided for this afternoon rain showers. They have thought of everything! Host was very easy and pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone who wants a weekend trip to PCB.

Little bit of paradise
We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with all the kitchen equipment we could need. It was easy access to walk right down to the beach and the pool was crystal clear. There was a small pool that the kids thoroughly enjoyed as well. Paula was very accommodating to our stay. We will be booking again, hopefully before the summer is over!

We arrived earlier than expected, but Ms Paula was very accommodating. The Condo was exactly as pictured, very clean and nicely decorated. The entire complex looked very neat, organized and clean. My wife and I both agreed, we will definitely be coming back!

Lovely - just as pictured!
Totally charming, just as the pictures show. Spotless, lovely view of the ocean, beautifully furnished and decorated. Great communication from owner. The only (very minor) glitch was using the door lock turned out to be easier than the instructions made it seem. Having two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella included was such a nice perk! Highly recommend, would love to return. It truly is a "happy place".

Quick Relaxing Getaway
My mom, sister in law and I came to PCB to enjoy a quiet few days without kids/grands. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The condo is clean and well appointed. Nothing is worn or shabby and the owners has great taste in decor. The double beds have the most comfortable soft mattresses and we all slept like a dream. The property itself is small and quiet. The pool area is well maintained as is the path to the beach which is short and convenient. We have zero complaints about our stay and would love to stay again sometime soon.

My husband Doug, my daughter Madison, and I (Paula) love Panama City Beach! Growing up in Georgia my family would come to Panama City Beach every year. So when I met Doug (he grew up in Las Vegas, NV) I had to take him to the world's most beautiful beaches of the gulf of Mexico and he loved it also. He couldn't believe it had white sand and the water is warm from about April thru October. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love that the Top of the gulf is right on the ocean. You don't even have to get out of the bed to see the beautiful ocean view! Close to attractions, shopping and our favorite restaurants! The complex is clean and well kept.

What makes this property unique

The Complex is small and family friendly. Its is also walking distance to the major night clubs if you want to go but far enough away if you don't. It has common area balconies or you can just open your window and enjoy the breeze! Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and also a kiddie pool.
