Casa Julia, Cotillo Beach, Sea View, Fuerteventura

A very spacious, light and modern villa, that has been freshly built with all new appliances, beds and furniture. The various shades of blue of the ocean colors are mirrored throughout the entire house, which gives you a holiday feeling. It is especially convenient that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom upstairs offers you ocean view and a big terrace, the downstairs bedrooms both have access to the garden and patio. The sofa bed in the lounge provides for two extra persons. From the sun beds in the garden you are able to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.

The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet, little Spanish village named "El Roque". From the villa it takes only a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to the long stretching, sandy "Cotillo Beach". Moreover, the famous blue lagoons lie only a 10 minute drive away. "Cotillo", the picturesque fishing village, which is a 5 minute drive away from the Villa, provides everything you need: shopping, various restaurants, cultural events, rentals (bike, snorkeling,...).

We can provide you with a personal surf experience as a professional surf instructor as well as many other outdoor activities. Don't hesitate to get in touch!

Excellent Villa

Casa Julia is just as you see it on the photographs on Vrbo. The kitchen is well appointed with good quality appliances and the fittings of the whole villa are of high quality. Above all the house is spotlessly clean. The Owners have now fitted a large sunshade/sail over the patio which makes the living area cooler and more pleasant to sit outside with the doors open. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Excelente alojamiento y atención de Julia

Se trata de una casa en magnífico estado, con una gran distribución y comodidad, situada en un lugar tranquilo y accesible. Muy bien dotada y muy limpia, con mucha luminosidad. El entorno es natural y tranquilo. Julia y Anthony son encantadores, cercanos, atentos y eficientes. Una gran opción en el norte de Fuerteventura. Volveremos.

A wonderful villa in a very peaceful location

Casa Julia is an excellently designed modern villa with three delightful double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms. The villa is light and spacious, and has a very well equipped kitchen. The hot tub on the patio is tremendous for relaxation, and there are three terraces (including a roof terrace from the main bedroom) for sunbathing. The villa is in the quiet and peaceful village of El Roque and only 15 minutes' walk from the town of El Cotillo and a further five minutes' walk to the beaches and the harbour, around which is a great selection of bars and restaurants. I spent five days in November at the villa, with my two adult kids and a friend. We all had a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable time in the "winter sun" - and the kids also managed some surfing. Julia, the owner, was a delight to communicate with, responding very promptly and accurately to questions I had before arriving and during the trip. I will definitely be planning on another trip to Casa Julia.

Wunderschöne Villa an guter Lage

Eine luxuriös ausgestattete und gut gepflegte Villa. Der Whirlpool entschädigt für den fehlenden Pool. Die Lage in der Nordost-Region der Insel ist sehr schön, einer der besten Surf-Spots auf Fuerte, allerdings braucht man schon Velo oder Auto, um zum Strand zu gelangen - so weit trägt man die ganzen Utensilien nicht unbedingt zu Fuss.

Bella e confortevole casa nuova vicinissimo a El Cotillo

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questa accogliente e luminosa casa nuovissima, arredata con gusto ed equipaggiata du tutto il necessario, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di el Cotillo, di si trovano ottimi ristoranti supermercato e scuole di surf, motivo per il quale siamo andati con i nostri figli in questo tranquillo è tipico paesino di mare. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile

Schönes modernes Ferienhaus, gut gelegen

Das Ferienhaus ist modern und geräumig (in unserem Fall: 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Zwischen Lajares und El Cotillo ist man gut aufgehoben und hat den idealen Standort für Strand- und Erholungsaktivitäten. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und man kann ungestört seinen Aufenthalt verbringen. Die Vermietung erfolgt sehr professionell. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und werden bestimmt noch einmal kommen.

Die Casa Julia ist ein neues Ferienhaus im Norden der Insel in El Roque nahe El Cotillo. Das Haus, die Ausstattung, die Lage und der Service der Vermietering sind absolut Top. Alles uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Beautiful villa

A lovely villa with everything you need and a beautiful view to top it off. My only concern was the Juliet balcony inside the house I have a 4 year old child and it worried me when she was up there. Julia was always a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions immediately.
