the immediate proximity of our little independent ground floor house (55 M2) of the Eurasanté park and the CHR U of Lille, is ideal for your business trips, or for travelers: metro Oscar Lambret at 300m, downtown by metro or by car at 10 mm. The house is very bright and you could have parking for a car in the grounds of the property.
We are a mixed couple of multicultural origin: Sharing and conviviality through meetings enrich us and nourish our dreams of escape through also your travels, as we live next door we are available when needed to make your pleasant stay.

The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished.

We felt very comfortable in Lille. The hosts are extremely friendly and very helpful. The apartment is perfect for three people. A small garden with flowers as well as a bouquet of fresh roses have pleased us very much. We like to come back for a third time.

Rugby in Lille

Joelle and Michel were fantastic hosts and the property was just as described. Being just a very short walk from the metro station the location is great to explore Lille. Accommodation was clean, airy and comfortable for the two of us. Coupled with secure car park within the property gates it was everything we needed for our short break in Lille. We recently stayed at Lille Sud and were impressed by the cleanliness and location. The metro station is a short distance which made it convenient to reach the city center. The property was extremely clean and the neighborhood very quiet. What we appreciated most was the graciousness of our host and their advice and recommendations. When in the area we would stay again if the property were available.

Très bon point de départ pour la visite de la ville et sa région.

Agréable petite maison, tout confort. Stationnement dans la cour, transports en commun à moins de 8mn, centre commercial à 5mn en V.L. Aucune nuisance sonore, face avant sur avenue peu fréquentée, arrière sur jardins ouvriers. Propriétaires charmants ! Je recommande fortement. C'est très beau mais c'est loin, Carcassonne Lille 989km.

Schönes kleines Häusschen mit sehr guter Erreichbarkeit der Metro. Parkplatz im Hof mit abschließbarem Tor. Trotz des nahegelegenen Krankenhaus ruhig gelegen. Küche im Wintergarten mit schönem Blick auf Gartenanlagen. Der Wintegarten kann im Sommer allerdings recht warm werden. Ventilatoren stehen zur Verfügung.

Des hôtes très accueillants et une petite maison très bien située

Pour un séjour touristique : l'accès rapide au centre de Lille par métro et la situation en périphérie pour les autres visites est appréciable. Le logement est plaisant et la possibilité de garer la voiture dans la cour est un confort.

The property was really lovely. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. The Metro is just a short walk away and takes you into the city within a few minutes. The owners were excellent and very helpful. We would highly recommend this property for a stay in Lille.

Lovely property, handy to Vieux-Lille by transit. Recommended!

Met een ruime woonkamer, een complete en ruime keuken en een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed biedt deze woning een prettig verblijf voor een stadsbezoek aan Lille. Deze woning ligt op vijf minuten lopen van het metrostation, dat een directe verbinding heeft met het prachtige centrum. De gastvrouw en gastheer wonen naast de woning en staan met raad en daad bij voor adviezen.
