About 300 meters from Foxi Murdegu beach.
The beach is of fine white sand with crystal clear shallow waters ideal for children reachable in a couple of minutes on foot.
The other beaches and coves of the Marina di Tertenia can be reached in 1 minute by car.
IN RESIDENCE INDEPENDENT VILLA CAPO SCHIERA WITH VERANDA AND PRIVATE GARDEN

- family with children available garden and beach easily accessible
- 2 small families of 3 people

All other primary services such as bank, post office, pharmacy, food stores, butchers, fishmonger, medical guard, shops of all kinds etc. they are located in the village of Tertenia which is about 13 km from the Marina area, all reachable in a few minutes by car.
