Honeymoon Villa with Secluded Heated Indoor Pool, Turkish Bath, Sauna & Views

This beautiful property is located in the Kordere district of Kalkan, some 3.5 km from the centre, and has a capacity for two guests.

The view from the villa is magnificent, with an undisturbed panorama across Kalkan Bay and beyond. These views can be enjoyed from throughout the villa and from the pool terrace where there is an alfresco dining area with BBQ. Designed with honeymoon couples in mind, the pool area is completely unseen from outwith the villa. The outdoor pool, (8 x 3.5 metres depth 1.5 metres), extends into the villa, and a section can be closed off by remote control making it indoors. There is also a remote controlled blind feature here. In the cooler months guests may take advantage of the pool heating facility , the charge of which is 1150 Turkish lire per day..This makes this an ideal choice for those guests looking to come in the cooler months of the year. Please note that this pool can be heated to approximately 28 degrees centigrade depending on the ambient air temperature, so it is NOT hot as such. Guests wishing for this pool to be heated should inform us at least 2 days before their arrival in order for it to be able to reach the maximum temperature by that time.

The open plan design includes a lounge and kitchen area , all well-equipped to maximize guests enjoyment. In addition to these there are a Turkish Bath and Sauna within the villa, where guests can relax and pamper themselves. A new addition for 2021 is a jacuzzi bath.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi internet , and a garage for the use of guests. There are two supermarkets approximately 750 metres from the villa .

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 1000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
