Kulalani is a beautifully landscaped, private, gated community within the Mauna Lani Resort.

Our brand new luxury golf villa boasts spectacular views of Mauna Kea and the Mauna Lani South Championship Golf Course. Our 2 Bed, 2 Bath luxury retreat will sure to impress. The perfect tropical villa for a small family or 2-4 adults.

As you enter our beautifully designer decorated townhome, the 20ft ceilings and open floor plan to the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen will certainly give you a sense of calm and relaxation. The bright Living Room welcomes you with the "Aloha" spirit and tropical feel to relax your senses. A 55" flat screen TV with a blu ray player, equipped with your favorite beach and water movies, are available for your enjoyment on those quite tropical evenings. Open to the Dining Room, is the ground floor lanai. Furnished with a full outdoor kitchen, wet bar, Viking BBQ and stylish couch seating, which will allow you to enjoy the views of the 6th hole of the Mauna Lani South Golf Course and the Mauna Kea summit. A perfect way to begin your day with a cup of Kona coffee or end your day with a tropical drink. The Kitchen, which is also open to the Dining Room and Living area, is fully equipped for all your needs. With beautiful granite countertops, GE stainless steel appliances, this gourmet kitchen will ensure your Hawaiian getaway is comfortable and relaxing.

The upstairs Master Bedroom is a beautifully decorated, bright and airy room that offers a king size bed, it's own private lanai (maybe to enjoy your Kona coffee in the morning), a flat screen 32" TV with a blu ray player and a en-suite spa like bathroom. The granite double sinks and vanities, large walk-in shower and the soaking tub will sure to relax you after a sun filled day at the beach or golf course.

The Downstairs Bedroom offers a queen bed with playful nautical and surf décor giving you a sense of the beach environment. Also, this bedroom is equipped with a 32" flat screen TV so you can enjoy your favorite "Hawaii 50" episodes.

The Downstairs Bathroom is convenient for guests with beautiful granite countertops and a full shower decorated with bright tropical accents.

Being a short walk from the 2 acre Kulalani Recreation Center makes this property very desirable and convenient. The beautiful gardens surround a lap pool, keiki pool and a large freestyle pool with 2 hot tubs, fully equipped fitness center and an outdoor hale for dining and relaxation giving it the feel of true Aloha Spirit!

Beautiful home with top amenities!

Loved staying at this spot. We go every year to the Big Island and this is the nicest place we have stayed so far. Clean, beautiful, lots of amenities. Comfortable beds. Close to everything and the pool. The hosts were deeply generous and accommmodating. Also loved the bikes!

Perfect home on Big Island

This was the perfect home for our stay- beautiful, clean, bright, and with all of the touches big and small to make enjoying the island a breeze! There is awesome beach gear, towels, fully equipped kitchen, abundant linens, indoor and lanai areas to relax, quiet neighbourhood perfect for walking and longboarding, and a location that was a perfect base for exploring.

Beautiful Kohala Mountain Views!

Wonderfully clean, comfortable and well appointed property. Kitchen is fully equipped and the host provided a lovely welcoming gift. The bicycles are a great perk! We wish all owners would provide them, we used them daily. The views of the mountains from the living room and primary suite are spectacular! Our only minor issue was with parking, there are 2 spots and 1 handicapped spot for the building of 6(?) units. Most of our stay we had to park 2-3 buildings away, not a huge inconvenience but not ideal. With that said we would definitely stay here again. Big thanks to Talia and Sandra !!

Mauna Lani condo has it all!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean!!!! The owners had it supplied with all the kitchen supplies we could possibly need and the same for everything you need for a day at the beach!! The bikes were a nice bonus too!!! Mahalo!

Lovely Property, well finished

Beautifully finished with excellent quality furnishings and decor. Parking is a bit weird but fine once you figure it out. Gym and pool facilities are excellent and the bicycles were most appreciated. Have stayed at Mauna Lani numerous times, it's an interesting place to explore.

Your home away from home in paradise!

Thank you for such a comfortable stay in Hawaii. The house has everything you would need (other than a few more sand castle building tools please!) but it was perfect for a family of 4! Rooms are spacious and bathroom and kitchen were modern and beautiful. Dinners were our favorite enjoyed out on the lanai. Thank you again for letting us enjoy it this week!

A comfortable, well stocked, clean home. Book this ASAP.

We had such a lovely time in Sandra’s home. This place has beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, everything one could need for a Hawaiian vacation. The decorations are cute, and the home is very clean. Sandra was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The parking situation that other reviews mention is a non-issue. There is always parking available: the difference between the spots you could get is a 15 second walk versus a 45 second walk. It’s really fine. Book Sandra’s place. There’s no need to stay elsewhere when coming to Kona.

Relaxing and convenient

It is a nice, very clean, quiet and well equipped property. We have visited the area many times and this is one of the newer homes we have stayed in. Both of us enjoy walking and we found the distance to the beach, shops, ponds and club very comfortable (did drive to the club a few times). Great for golf - the two Mauni Lani courses are very well maintained (north is the better course but south is "prettier") and easy drives to many other courses that offer great variety. The bikes were a big plus if you want to go on an adventure to Puako and beyond (need to walk with them on some trails).

Everything you need for a Hawaii vacation!!

Our family of four loved staying at this property. A huge bonus was having access to all items you would need for a day at the beach! Plus bikes to cruise down for coffee or smoothies. It was very clean and looked new! Plus very well stocked kitchen and linens. Only small issue is that there are only 2 parking spots right outside the condo so we rarely got a spot there. It wasn’t a big deal for us and we were able to park outside other buildings, but it seems this could be an issue during busy times.

Paradise with limited parking.

The property is very clean and well stocked. The coffee grinder was missing but they had it replaced the next day. They handled the problem as quickly as possible. A+ on correcting the issue. There were no insects in the house, this can be a problem in Hawaii, great job on cleanliness. The only issue is parking. There are only two parking spaces for the eight units. These spots were almost never open. There were not many visitors while we were there. During high season I don't know where they expect people to park. This is a community problem for all the Kulalani units. Other than parking, this is a wonderful property.

Very relaxing-Great outdoor space

The best place we've stayed on many trips to the island to visit family. It had everything we needed, including a little sewing kit. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved the many pool and beach toys. Super comfy bed. The pool was fantastic. Parking is an issue as there was rarely a spot open next to the unit. We were there when it appeared less than 1/4 of units were occupied. I can't imagine where we would park when the occupancy is normal. Despite that concern, we hope the unit is available when we visit in the fall.

Favorite place!

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We have stayed in a few different places on the Big Island and this is now our favorite. The kids loved having their own beds and having access to lots of beach toys and bikes. The place was very clean and the lawn immaculately manicured. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Kitchen very well stocked!

Fantastic Location Great Property

We had two adults and two older teenage boys. We had a wonderful time at this property. It is very close (5-6 min golf cart drive) to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, Close walking distance to the recreation/pool/fitness area, and a short drive to a small grocery store. Plus, it's a 7 minute drive to the Waikoloa resort area where there are more restaurants and a slightly larger grocery store. The property was cleaned thoroughly and is VERY WELL appointed. The kitchen has all the things you'd need from cookware to serving ware to baggies and Tupperware to bring things to the beach. In the garage there are all kinds of beach and pool things too plus some bicycles. We used the beach chairs and insulated bag every day at the Mauna Lani Beach club. My husband had to work a few times and the lanais and living space areas were great places for him to take calls. The wifi works well so there were no interruptions in his zoom calls etc. The local property manager was also very responsive when we had an issue with the freezer and solved the problem for us in a reasonable amount of time. The only suggestion I might make is to have two beach club gate cards. Because we had older teens, they could come and go as they wanted and having one beach card made it difficult to coordinate at times. But we figured it out. Wasn't a big deal, just a small suggestion. We have been to the Mauna Lani resort area many times over the last decade and we will definitely stay at this property again. The photos are accurate and the layout of the property was perfect for our family. Thank you Sandra (owner) and Robin (property manager) for everything!

2 weeks at Mauna Lani

Overall we had a wonderful experience in Sandra’s property l. It is very we’ll provisioned from the kitchen to bikes to beach equipment. Her property manager is responsive and took care of our few requests. One issue that is more of a hassle than a big problem is the parking.

Relaxing Family Vacation

We stayed for 2.5 weeks at this apartment and had a very good time. The home is very well equipped - the kitchen has all the tools you need, in the garage you can find everything for a nice day at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, stuff for the kids, bicycles, ...) and even towels are available! The appartment was sparkling clean and all our questions got answered immediately. We enjoyed our time and will have many good memories - e.g. the evening swimming in the pool and the hot tub.

Vacation at Hulalani

The property was tastefully furnished, comfortable and vey well equipped . I had a problem with the smell from a cleaning product but was able to air it out within a few hours . Really enjoyed my stay and would go back or recommend to friends .

Only issue parking

Wonderful condo. The only issue had was parking, there only 2 parking spots outside condo. Twice during 2 week stay we needed to park 2 building away. I have two replaced knees and will have my hip replaced in September.

My husband and I have 3 boys and live in beautiful Lake Tahoe! One of our boys is in graduate school and one is a junior in college. Our 3rd son is in middle school here in Lake Tahoe. We love our beautiful mountain home and feel blessed to have raised our boys here. Even though we love it, the winters can get long and cold. We have vacationed in Hawaii for the past 15 years to escape some of the winter days to enjoy the warmer climate. We have visited all the Hawaiian islands, but the big island was our favorite! We loved the "Aloha" spirit and culture and hoped that someday we could be a part of that. This year our dreams came a reality!
