Lovely Holiday

We had a nice stay and everything we needed.The appartment was perfect for us 5 and well equiped.The pool was warm and big.Maria was always friendly and helpful.

Très bon séjour

La location est bien située pour visiter la région facilement. L'appartement est spacieux et propre et la piscine a été très appréciée par les fortes chaleurs! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très belle semaine en Toscane

L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, grand, bien équipé et aménagé avec goût. La piscine est immense, chaude et c'est un paradis après plusieurs heures de visite par grande chaleur. La terrasse en bas de l'appartement est également très mignonne, nous y avons pris l'apéritif le soir, au calme. La maison est très bien située. La gare est à 5 minutes en voiture (grand parking gratuit), ensuite on est à Florence en 20 à 30 minutes. Les trains sont propres et climatisés. Cela nous a permis d'aller 5 fois à Florence sans soucis. Pour le reste des visites, proximité en voiture (ou possible en train également) de Sienne, San Gimigliano, Lucques, et la campagne toscane. Nous recommandons cette location.

Wundervoller Urlaub in Montelupo

Superschönes Haus und ganz toller Garten. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind top. Das Auto steht im schattigen Carport. Und die Vermieterin Frau Nardi ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist ein kleiner "Tante-Emma-Laden" und ein Pizzarestaurant. Das Rote Haus ist ein klasse Startpunkt für Besuche von Florenz, Pisa, Siena, Vinci und San Simignano. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Danke schön für die wunderschöne Zeit.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, schöne große Ferienwohnung, ein toller, gepflegter Pool und eine günstige Lage nahe Florenz. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Dobre położenie obiektu do wypadów na zwiedzanie Toskani

Wygodne duże pokoje z dwoma łazienkami i kuchnią zaopatrzoną we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Po długich i męczących wypadach przyjemny relaks w basenie. Gospodyni przyjemna i komunikatywna.

We just "clicked!"

I can't be positive enough about the owner of this property! She is lovely, responsive to everything, and made us feel as though we were "family." For us personally, her location is perfect because our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter live an easy 10-minute stroll from the property. This "landlady" was much more than that for me: I feel I've made a special friend!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Toskanischem Stil

Sehr zentral gelegen, hervorragend geeignet um die Toskana zu erkunden. Wunderschöner Pool mit Salzwasser in schönem Garten. Leider waren zu unserer Reisezeit einige Restaurants und Bars in direkter Umgebung geschlossen, in der Nähe gibt es aber gute Supermärkte. Die Wohnung war sauber aber auf Grund der sehr vielen Dekoartikel ist es nicht möglich alles zu 100% staubfrei zu bekommen. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Von den Vermietern haben wir nahezu nichts mitbekommen, Fragen wurden aber per Chat immer umgehend beantwortet, leider gibt es in der gesamten Region im August sehr viele agressive Stechmücken, weshalb wir die schöne Terrasse nicht genutz haben. Gesamtfazit: Sehr schön und gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder

Très bon séjour

Appartement au calme. Literie très confortable. Aucun bruit. Idéal pour se reposer. Possibilité de garer la voiture sous abri. Florence est à 25mn, nickel pour pouvoir jouer les touristes et passer de bons moments.

Wonderful apartment in Fibbiana

As a family of 5 with two teenagers and a 10 year old the apartment really met our needs. It is much more spacious than the photos show and having two bathrooms was great. The apartment is designed to stay cool and the fan helped however doesnt have a full AC system. The pool was really great and the whole property has lots of outside space. Maria was so helpful and welcoming.. We would recommend this to our friends as a great base from which to tour Tuscany

Wohnung mit Charme

Wir hatten schöne Tage dort. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Die Anlage ist großzügig, der Pool samt Liegen ist top, Stellplatz im Schatten ist auch prima. Einzig die Mücken waren sehr lästig. Empfehlung von unsere Seite, sich ein Mückennetz samt Mückenspray mitzunehmen. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, hat einen rustikalen Charme, den man mögen muss. Lage ist okay, es ist an sich ruhig, in direkter Nähe ein sehr gutes Restaurant, kann man nur empfehlen! Was man auch wissen muss, einen direkten Zugang zur Terasse hat man nicht. Man muss übers Treppenhaus runter und raus und um das Haus zur Terrasse. Dort sitzt man aber sehr schön, umgeben von all den tollen Obstbäumen und Pflanzen. Die Terrasse wird mit einer anderen Wohnung geteilt.

Fijn verblijf aan de rand van dorp ook ideaal met hond (wandelingen langs golfbaan langs de Arno)

een ruim vakantie apartement op de 1e verdieping via interne trap te bereiken. De verbeteringen welke wij adviseren is nieuwe matrassen voor 2pers. kamer en een droogrek binnen of buiten voor de badhanddoeken(zwembad)

Entspannte Ferien mit Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Hübsche Wohnung mit rustikalen Möbeln im 1. OG im Haus der Besitzerin (mit Klimaanlage). Pool ist sauber und wird wöchentlich von einer Fachkraft gereinigt. Gemeinsame Nutzung mit Gästen einer anderen Wohnung aus dem Nachbarhaus. Genügend Liegen und auch schattige Plätzchen vorhanden. Haus in ruhiger Lage am Randes des Dorfes gelegen mit Blick auf's Feld. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach San Miniato, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Prato und Florenz. Auch südlichere Ziele der Toskana sind gut erreichbar. Maria ist eine super nette, hilfsbereite Hauswirtin, die gut englisch spricht.

Felt like home with a pool and ping pong!

The Nardis were very welcoming and helped us with several questions we had about the area. We were doing day trips (Pisa, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena, winery stops) as well as spending time in Florence. The house was central to it all. We used the train to get into Florence (give yourself extra time to buy the ticket; only one machine was working at Montelupo and we missed two trains waiting for the line of people to get their tickets) which was great because parking was difficult unless you wanted to walk extra miles (after walking all day and hitting 7 miles, we didn't want to walk an extra mile to get to our car!). Maria Nardi helped us figure out the trains too. The pool was great with the heat. We used the clothes line in the back to dry our clothes. It really did feel like home.

Charmant appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria qui nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la très grande piscine. Proche de Florence, Sienne, Pise , San Gimignano et beaucoup d'autres sites touristiques. Emplacement calme idéal pour un séjour touristique et familial. Merci Maria

MUY SATISFACTORIA ESTANCIA EN FAMILIA

Muy recomendable. Ideal para familias. Sitio muy tranquilo y bien equipado. Cerca de la localidad de Montelupo y Empoli donde se puede ir a Florencia cómodamente en tren (se tarda unos 20 minutos). La propietaria muy amable y siempre pendiente. La casa bien equipada y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Es una parcela amplia. Tiene piscina y mesa de ping pong. La casa tiene refrigeración.

Dejlig lejlighed med masse af plads. En dejlig pool, hvor der var god plads til os, da vi stort set havde den for os selv. Der var meget lidt plads til at sidde udenfor og spise. Husk myggespray.

Toller Aufenthalt nahe Florenz

Ausstattung des Hauses wie beschrieben. Alles Notwendige ist reichlich vorhanden. Großes Appartment im 1. Stock . Großer Pool mit Liegen. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Super Ausgangspunkt um Florenz zu besuchen. Ca 7 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Bahnhof, dann 20 Minuten mit dem Zug nach Florenz ( Innenstadt) für EUR 3,50.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool!

Gemütlich rustikal eingerichtete und großzügige Ferienwohnung für den Urlaub mit der Familie! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit Sightseeing und chillen am Pool. Am Rande des Ortes hat man seine Ruhe. Der Ort ist nicht von Touristen überlaufen und somit waren wir mitten in der schönen Toskana. Florenz ist gut mit der Bahn erreichbar und andere Städte wie Pisa oder das Mittelmeer innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Auto. Wir würden wieder kommen.
