• Timeline: Work starts November 2024, lasting 4-5 months (until February-March 2025, schedule and weather permitting).
• Balcony Renovations: All balconies will be renovated; expect noise and dust from grinding to bare concrete.
• Balcony Access: Balconies will be closed and locked; furniture must be stored indoors.
• Swing Stages: Equipment will be present for balcony access. This includes the Gulf Side of the building.
• Area Closures: Periodic closures of pool deck, sand room, grill area, and portions of the parking lot.
• Exterior Painting: Painting of balcony railings, storm shutters, pool deck railings, and vertical supports will occur.
