This amazing family villa situated in the most exclusive and peaceful residential area of Cala d´Or at old town near to the church and the beautiful sandy beach called Cala Petita with turquoise water, therefore is a perfect location for a holiday in Cala d´Or.

Situated at only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Cala d´Or with an extensive selection of shop, boutiques, restaurants with relaxing terraces. One of the most exclusives marinas from Majorca is located just down the hill from Villa Margarita which makes all together a lovely family resort.

This amazing villa offers a modern and minimalistic design with high quality furniture and fittings. The property is divided into a hall that leads to the left with a double bedroom and a shower room, to the right is the main bedroom with bathroom en-suite and straight ahead is a beautiful wooden and glass door that leads to the main bright lounge area with an open plan glass gallery.

On the right hand side of the lounge you will find a completely independent and comfortable TV room. Through an arch is the dining area together with the modern kitchen fully equipped with a utility room all in an open plan design with a large glass window to access the exterior covered terrace, pool and garden.

Through the lounge you get upstairs where you find a beautiful open plan glass gallery surrounded with a corridor which leads you to the second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two double bedrooms with showers en-suite. A large window gives access to the terraces.

This popular Villa is ideal for a relaxing and quiet holiday with all the family as it is located in the old town, one of the most exclusive and peaceful residential areas of Cala d´Or.

The Villa provides air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the TV room. Smoking is allowed but we do request the customers to smoke in the outside areas. Internet is available for an extra fee.

The outside provides terraces and grass with sunny and shaded areas surrounding the kidney shaped swimming pool with a depth of 1meter to 2 meters and approximately 10 meters long by 4,5 meters wide. The pool is heated. If you want to use this facility, it would be possible for an additional cost of € 250 per week. The temperature is around 28-30 degrees Celsius. There is good patio furniture with a big table and chairs, sun loungers and the barbecue.

Inside the villa you will find all that is necessary to be able to cook, a large set of cutlery, crockery and a nice selection of coffee and tea sets. The dishwasher will help after all the extraordinary meals.

All the bedrooms will be fitted with the necessary bedding including top covers and in the bathrooms you will find a set of one big and one small towel per person, a hand towel and a bath mat.
The main thing for us is that you feel comfortable and happy and that you can enjoy a wonderful holiday at Majorca.

Excellent

Beautiful villa very spacious, very nicely fitted out, Kitchen well equipped for all your needs. Lovely pool and patio/ sun bed, outdoor dining area. Super clean, most important thing for me, beds comfortable. 5 minutes from the beach, port and restaurants and bars. Family of eight with a one year old and three year old. We had the best time and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Everything you could want

This villa is large, airy and very well equipped. It is well maintained both inside and out with attractive outside areas and a lovely pool. It is in a perfect location with very quick and easy walkable access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee bars and beaches. I will definitely look to book again.

Fantastic villa in a great location. Very spacious and well equipped. Has everything you need.

Superb villa loccated only a few minutes walk to the port and town centre. Small beach 5 minutes walk and other beaches just 10 minutes away. Great location for all nearby restaurants. Loads of space inside amd outside around the pool. Perfect for larger groups or families. Had a fantastic time, thank you.

A first class Villa in a prime position

This is gorgeous villa which is fully kitted out. It is large and spacious to fully accommodate 10 guests (we were nine and had ample room). Excellent living area, kitchen and large bedrooms only one without an on-suite, and that is next to a bathroom. A TV lounge for the children. All airconditioned. Large pool and plenty of loungers to relax around the pool. The outside is well protected and landscaped providing an excellent level of privacy. It is situated exactly as it says in the brochure with easy access to nearby, shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. All this made it a stunning holiday for us as a family. Highly recommend it.

Great Location

This villa is in a brilliant location exactly in the middle between the marina and the town centre, both can be walked to in 5 minutes with a huge amount of restaurants and shops nearby. The villa is well furnished and finished and the pool is perfect for enjoying the lovely weather. I’m glad we didn’t pay to heat the pool as the sun did a great job of that for us. We had a couple of issues including front door lock and hot water supply but the managing agent fixed these incredibly quickly, within 30 minutes we had both a locksmith and a plumber. Very good service.

Oh just so wonderful

Villa Margerita is a stunning, huge villa in a delightful residential area of Cala D'or. It's as big, stylish and clean as the pictures led me to believe, and made for an amazing family holiday. The star of the show is the lovely big pool, perfect for a five-year-old to swim and some much bigger kids to play water volleyball and act like plonkers in a big rubber flamingo. We spent as much time as we could in the pool, snoozing on the comfortable loungers, eating at the terrace table, and playing ping pong up on the roof. The five bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet and drawer space, the bathrooms were all clean and modern with warm showers and each room had its own. The lounge was enormous and great for playing games in the evening, while the TV room was perfect for a snuggle and a movie. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was spotlessly clean. We took extra pods for the dishwasher and the washing machine and used both which made life easier ! The location is simply fantastic. It was about four minutes' walk to the little beach and another five to the Cala Gran beach. It was about five mins to the shops and restaurants on the main drag (we loved La Bodegas and Meat Club) and around seven minutes in the other direction to the Marina (We tried out ZLocal and Portofino). We travelled in October and got the worst few days of weather the Island had seen all year, with thunderstorms three nights straight. But we could still use the heated pool even when it was a bit chilly or raining (not in the lightening storm of course) and it made us appreciate the warm sunny weather by the end of the week all the more. We didn't have to use the Air Con much, and couldn't find the heating controls (for drying towels etc) but it didn't really matter as there were ample blankets around the place when anyone felt a little chilly. Nathalie and her team from the management company were lovely and very helpful, and I would stay at Villa Margerita again in a heartbeat. Thanks !

Osa huoneista ja komeroista haisi maakellarilta ja pihavalot eivät toimineet. Grillaaminen pilkkopimeällä pihalla oli haaste, eivätkä lapset voineet leikkiä pihassa illalla. Ilmoitimme pimeästä pihasta heti, mutta asiaa ei korjattu. Talo oli siisti, hyvällä paikalla lähellä Eco beachiä, satamaa ja keskustaa. Pingispöytä oli kiva! Talo oli helppo löytää. Lähellä oli Spar-market.

- super Lage - alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird - alles funktional - schöner Pool (Pflege durch Personal) - schöne Raumaufteilung - Bäder etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sauber - Strand/Innenstadt nicht weit weg - Tischtennisplatte vorhanden Fazit : Villa empfehlenswert

Fantastic Family Holiday

What an amazing property. Clean and fantastically equipped with everything we needed for two young families - high chairs and big travel cots with proper mattresses available on request. Pool is gorgeous and clean, and well kept. Location couldn’t have been better. Only a few minutes walk from a number of local supermarkets, 5 minutes from the central bars and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from the beaches and harbour - everything was so accessible!

Great property and location

Really enjoyed our week stay in the Villa ,the location of the property was fantastic. The pool area and the Al fresco dining area was great. Personally a little surprised that the towels weren't replaced or extra towels given initially during our stay. One of the single beds in the downstairs twin needs replacing as very squeaky. Otherwise an excellent experience would certainly return. The whole family had a great holiday

The owner's sister would come into the house to get something almost every day. We paid more for 6 hours of cleaning during the week we rented and the house continued with sand on the floor, in addition at the end I was informed that the amount deposited would be discounted plus 3 hours of cleaning as we left some dishes to wash. They reported that the orange squeezer had broken and charged for it without proving it was broken. I asked for a video and I did not receive it. As for the architectural design was to be desired. The living room on the window has the balcony barely able to walk with the table. The home-theater was so small we could not all watch TV together. I do not recommend.

We’ve stayed here once before. Great location for harbour, town and beach. Lovely pool and rooftop terrace table tennis, perfect for kids. Well appointed place ideal for self-catering. Recommend it for families.

Nice Villa but could be better

The villa was very good but there was a number of things that could have been better especially for the cost. The bathrooms especially in the 3rd bedroom upstairs look tired and the Air conditioning is in need of an upgrade in 3 of the rooms as it was very noisy. There is no Aircon in the main living area or kitchen but this was not to bad. The off road parking we could not use as there was no key to the gate and not sure we would have fitted a large car in anyway. The internet was also very flakey with dropping in and out but this may be a operator problem. The plus side is the pool is very nice although not for very small children and the positions very central to everything with lots of choices of bars and restaurants. Overall a good villa but could be great with a bit of TLC

Comfortable villa great location. Outside was lovely enough space for the 10 of us.

10 of us went ages ranging from 3 to 60 years old and was great for everyone. The TV room was great for the kids and kitchen big enough for us. Great to have 2 fridges as their was a few of us. The location is fantastic 5-7 minutes walk to centre and harbour and to beach. Throughly enjoyed our week away and would come back.
