Our Villa is a short term licensed spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom (3 en-suites) two storey Disney Villa which will accommodate up to 14 people a mini hotel.

Calusa Villa is an elegant and spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom (3 en-suites) two storey home which can sleep 14 + 2 (Queen sofa bed). When consideration is given to the make up of your party the number of bedrooms becomes a significant factor over maximum occupancy.

Calusa Villa is therefore more than capable of lending itself to those parties with larger numbers or simply to those that prefer a little more room and privacy.

Calusa Villa is conveniently located on the beautifully maintained and prestigious Hampton Lakes community just off US Highway 27, in the idyllic Davenport area, which is only ten minutes away from all the Disney World attractions. Calusa Villa benefits from 3,000 sq ft of living space in which to sit back and completely relax, unwind and enjoy your dream holiday.

THE AMENITIES AND FACILITIES AT A GLANCE 1. This Villa is located on a large South facing plot. 2. An immense 3200 sq feet of living space. 3. Six very large bedrooms. Master Bedroom 1: 14’ X 14’ Master Bedroom 2: 15’11” X 11’2” Master Bedroom 3: 12’4” X 11’ Bedroom 4: 12’4” X 15’8” Bedroom 5: 13’ X 11’6” Bedroom 6: 14’3” X 12’ 4. Master bedroom one has a Queen sized double bed and large en-suite facilities which include ‘His & Hers wash basins, corner bath and separate shower. Spacious walk in wardrobe. TV 5. Master Bedroom two has a Queen sized double bed and large en-suite facilities which includes a separate shower. TV 6. Master Bedroom three has a double bed and large en-suite facilities which includes a bath and shower. TV 7. Bedroom four has two single beds and a spacious walk in wardrobe. 8. Bedroom five has two single beds and a spacious walk in wardrobe. 9. Bedroom six is the VIP room. This room is for the children and is our Disney room, which is furnished with all the Disney characters. There are two single beds and a set of bunk beds. 10. Fourth spacious (communal) bathroom located centrally on the first floor. The facilities include a twin wash basin, bath and shower. 11. Hair dryers are provided in all four bathrooms. 12. 28’ X 14’ heated swimming pool, which is fully screened. 13. An enormous 40’ X 22’ of decking around the pool. 14. Generous amount of sun loungers (ideal for those sun worshippers) patio table and comfortable chairs also provided. 15. Fully fitted kitchen with all conceivable equipment including, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice maker, microwave etc. 16. Large open plan lounge with 3 sofas (one is a queen sofa bed) TV & DVD. 17. Separate dining room with table and seating for 6 adults. 18. Convenient breakfast bar. 19. 20. DVD player. 21. CD player / Hi Fi. 22. Separate laundry room with a large washing machine and Tumble dryer. 23. Free local telephone calls 24. All towels and linen provided. 25. Stroller , High Chair, Potty etc all available. 26. Good getaway!

Nice family vacation. We were able to relax and unwind after a busy day, everything we needed was available. Only suggestion would be to update mattresses and to be able to adjust air conditioner temperature a little lower.

Big confortable house for a big party… but could have been better.

Pros. The house was comfortable for a big family. We had a great vacation. 20-30 mins from the Disney and 30-40 mins from universal (we did not mind the drive since there is much to see and do). The house if fully equipped and the showers have a great pressure and heating. Cons. When we arrived at the house it was tidied up but it did not feel completely clean. There was smudges of old food in the counter, the oven was filled with old grease in the bottom (as soon as we turned it on the house got full of smoke), walls dirty, pieces of gummy bears in the ceiling and some of the sinks had old soap scum. The pool table garage room has never seen a vacuum. There was no electricity in the pool table gaming area ( it was fixed after half the trip) nor the swimming pool area ( we could not use comfortably during night time, it was never fixed). A new tv was sent but it could not be installed. Some of the mattresses are old and need to be replaced entirely. There is no grill or foosball table on property.

We made the best of it.

Pros: good location, spacious house for my family, good size pool. Pool pump/filter wasnt working but manager was quick to respond and sent out a tech to fix right away. Cons: AC temperature locked at 75° and wont go lower--down stairs was pretty hot during cooking time. Supplies--2 dish pods, 2 trash bags, 1 paper towel (our length of stay was 7 days) but whatever we stopped by the store and picked up everything we needed for the week. Patio/pool light does not work. Wifi is super slow--TV connection lagged every 5 minutes. Living room TV speaker was bad---loud buzzing every 10 -15 minutes. We finally just turned it off after 2 days. Too many flies!! The trash bin in the front was infested. Garage light doesn't work, missing 1 or 2 balls so scratch out a game of pool after dinner.

Pretty satisfied

Overall the stay was fine. When they state that there is only linens provided they are not kidding. No toilet paper , no paper towels , no salt or pepper . We had to buy garbage bags , laundry detergent , dishwashing detergent EVERYTHING . But the house was large enough for our family. I do think more attention to detail with the cleaning could be used. The ceiling fans and air ducts are caked with dust . Location was good if going to Disney parks . We were a hour or so from the beaches but didn’t Mind the drive.
