This modern villa boasts lovely mountain views with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open living / dining / kitchen area with fireplace and all the appliances and utilities necessary for cooking.
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as ceiling and standing fans, an LCD television, DVD player and DVD's, books and games to choose from. There is also optional wi-fi available.
Outside boasts a private landscaped garden and patio with a built-in BBQ, an overflow communal swimming pool surrounded by olive trees to cool off in and private parking.
Location: The property is situated in lower Bellapais - a highly sought-after location due to its close proximity to Bellapais Village (5 minute drive) with its famous Abbey, narrow cobbled streets and romantic restaurants with dramatic views, as well as Kyrenia town center, only a 5 minute drive from the property, with its castle and historic harbour which boasts rows upon rows of cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies etc. within a minute's drive or 5-10 minute walk. Sandy beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive as well as an 18-Hole Championship Golf Course only 25 minutes away. Car recommended - Car Hire and Airport Transfers with competitive rates can be arranged upon request.
