Newly re-furbished in 2014, this modern front line property is located right by the beach at Playa Flamingo, set in the heart of Playa Blanca. Located only a few minutes walk from the local shops, restaurants and bars,and only seconds away from the golden sandy beach of Playa Flamingo. For those staying longer than one week there will be a full clean with sheet and towel change halfway through your stay. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival.

Interior
This particular apartment has two bedrooms (double) and two ensuite bathrooms; the apartment provides a comfortable open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Limited TV

Exterior
This apartment has a private terrace area, with an outdoor shower. The terrace is overlooking Playa Flamingo Beach with some of the best views on the island! There is an on-site supermarket and a selection of restaurants to choose from, all within easy walking distance.

Amenities
Playa Blanca is a thriving and busy little fishing village. As well as the great beaches, there are plenty of banks, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, hairdressers, plus shops, restaurants and bars galore. There is a local church service most Sundays. You will also be able to book excursions around the island, water taxis to Papagayo beaches plus take the ferry to Fuerteventura. Watersports abound, with plenty of choice for diving, sailing, fishing and snorkelling. The best surf is in Famara. Taxis are very common and cheap. There is a regular bus service that operates throughout Playa Blanca, plus another service to other island towns.

Amazing property!

The position of the property is excellent, the property is immaculate and very well appointed. The beach is just a few steps from the property’s large terrace and a local supermarket was close by. The local restaurants were quite close and excellent value.

Zweigeteilt und bestimmt nicht allgemeingültig

das Objekt ist super! ABER: im Nachbarhaus wurde in den letzten 3 von 4 Wochen umgebaut. Wände eingerissen und Fliesen abgefräst.Es war schrecklich laut und staubig.Das Objekt ist aus Beton und hat eine gemeinsame Trennwand mit dem umgebauten Haus. Dadurch übertrugen sind die Pressluftarbeiten auch noch. Die Wände wibrierten.

Great! Shops and restaurants near by. Tips for visiting places en restaurants. We would recommend not to eat at playa Blanca ( Tixli bar accepted serious great tapas for great price) but in Yaiza Every morning we went for a morning swim. There is a shower outside I will defenetly return🥰

Loved it

Perfect location. Modern high quality fittings and proper beds. It was surprisingly private and peaceful even though it’s on the beachfront due to it being elevated above the walkway. I would score it 9.5 out of 10. If only it had aircon then it would be a resounding 10/10
