GREAT DOWNTOWN LOCATION - 5 minute walk to downtown shopping and dining

This beautiful historic house has two bedrooms with one bathroom, a large covered front porch, and a fenced in back yard. There is a nice large living room with a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, and large windows when you enter the front door, a bedroom on the right with two twin beds, a formal dining room with a dining table, and in the back left portion of the house is another bedroom with a queen bed and a large closet with built in shelving. Located in the back right of the house is the kitchen, equipped with anything you should need to cook or bake. Just behind the kitchen is the laundry/sun room that exits into the back yard. The laundry room has both a washer and a dryer and ample room for storage. The back yard has a nice flagstone patio. There is an old shed in the back as well, but is not included in the rental. Front porch has chairs and side table for you to relax and enjoy.

I love this house and this neighborhood with its mature landscape. The back yard was so fun for my two small dogs, but watch your little dogs because there are a few escape routes. This is a very quiet, relaxing rental and the owners are very nice people.

Wonderful Historic home in downtown

Loved this little place so much! My husband two adult children and myself stayed for 3 nights. We loved the location. My kids were born and raised in Flagstaff. It is always bittersweet when we come for a visit. We were able to walk all over and see old friends. Home was comfortable, clean and perfectly appointed for a short term rental. Hope to return again for a longer stay!

Beautiful Home

The online photos of this place do not do it justice, it is very pretty and clean on the inside. The location is super close to downtown and a quick and safe walk. The yard out back was plenty big and full of grass for our dog to use. I cannot say enough great things about this property. Thanks so much for letting us stay.

Wonderful home!

Stayed for a month and loved it! Beds are comfy and house is very well stocked. The front porch is incredible. Nice back yard for our doggies:) Fantastic location! Walking distance to everything downtown. Very good communication with host, easy check in and out! We will be back for sure!

Fantastic place just north of downtown Flagstaff

I was in town for vacation for a long week and stayed at this very nice place. It is within easy walking distance of downtown and was clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location!

This home is excellent for walkability! We arrived to a sparkling clean house that was beautifully equipped to enjoy, so we did! The dog loved the backyard and also all the dog friendly patios in town...a great visit. You guys ought to post some new pictures because the ones on the listing do not do your lovely abode justice. We'd stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Clean, cozy and great location

Visited Flagstaff for a few days with our two teenage daughters and two dogs. The house is very clean, cozy and cute, and is in a great location for exploring Flagstaff. The fenced yard was great for our two dogs and despite rain, sleet and snow they were never very muddy. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful House and Neighborhood

The online pictures do not accurately capture the character and charm of this wonderful house. It was super clean, cozy, spacious, and had a large fenced back yard for our pup. It is in a great neighborhood- close to everything and safe. The owner was always available and responded to texts promptly. We had a great time and can't wait to come back again. Thank you!

A gem

This little house was an unexpected find. It was roomy and clean and, while it had a bit of old-timey vibe to it, it was well-equipped with everything you’d need. It was an easy walk to the old downtown area of Flagstaff and a short drive to all the hiking trails you could want. My favorite part, though, was the large covered front porch. I spent many a happy hour there with a drink, a snack and a good book. Highly recommend.

Awesome House in Great Flagstaff Neighborhood

This house was perfect for us - very comfortable, spotlessly clean, awesome front porch shaded by huge trees in the front yard. Nice grassy backyard for the dog, very comfortable beds and sofas, big beautiful bathroom with claw foot tub/shower, close to everything. Easy self check in. The house is much lovelier than the photos, highly recommend!!

This is my second vacation rental that I've set up. The other property has worked out so well that I am doing it again... I really enjoy taking care of these older historic homes and having people enjoy them. I grew up in Flagstaff and am now raising my family here and enjoy spending time working on these houses. I grew up within a mile of this location and went to school at Flagstaff High school located just a few blocks away. After high school I went on to the university of Denver to get a degree in mechanical engineering. I moved back to town and worked for Gore for a number of years before striking off on my own and doing vacation rentals.
