This two-room apartment is characterized by a unique design, modern and vinta ge at once. As soon as our guests enter the flat, what is really eye-catching is the bright open space with balcony and enriched with a contemporary picture and a pristine wood chest. The parquet-like flooring makes the atmosphere cosier and perfectly matches the furniture all around, both in the living area with sofa bed and in the large brand-new kitchen, and in the double bedroom as well. The accommodation is bright thanks to the sunlight coming from the two balconies, in the living room and in the bedroom, resulting in the right choice for enjoying the beauty of Siracusa. Finally, our guests will have access to a bathroom provided with shower and decorated with mosaic tiles in blue shades.
The location is ideal for a pleasant stay: as a matter of fact, the apartment is situated just 200 metres far from Duomo of Siracusa, from the seaside of Calarossa and Forte Vigliena, for a perfect stay. For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solarium (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its h natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 60 kms away, while Comiso Pio la Torre airport is 110 kms far. The train station of Siracusa is very close to the bus stop for the airport shuttles and 10 minutes walking distance from Ortigia.
