It is located 100m from the city center and close to the city, 200m from the beach.

Concarneau-Yvonne Pauly-wir kommen gerne wieder 👍

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Concarneau!!! Die Wohnung von Yvonne ist sauber und modern eingerichtet und für 2 Erwachsene optimal! Die Wohnung liegt allerdings im 2. Stock, was für uns kein Problem war und es ist ein ruhiges Haus(wir waren allerdings auch alleine im Haus). Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht- eine sehr gut ausgestattete kleine Küche mit Nespresso Maschine, über Toaster, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc.. Die Lage ist optimal, da im Stadtzentrum und somit alles wichtige zum Leben fussläufig erreichbar! Auch haben wir jeden Tag einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung gefunden. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung eine supernette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin-und können Sie nur wärmstens empfehlen!!! Wiltrud und Markus

Sonnige Tage in Concarneau

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit neuen Möbeln und schönem Fußboden ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank mit sep. Gefrierfach. Da die Wohnung im 2. Stock eines absolut ruhigen Gebäudes liegt, sollte man wissen, dass es keinen Aufzug (Holztreppen) gibt. Frau Pauly hat uns bei der Ankunft einen Parkplatz reserviert um unser Gepäck auszuladen. Insgesamt war es im Juni kein Problem einen Parkplatz in der Stadt zu finden. Der Kontakt mit Frau Pauly war sehr angenehm. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Super Wohnung sehr zentral

Die großzügige Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man brauchen könnte, sogar Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen😊. Das Bett ist groß und lässt trotzdem Platz im gut belüftbaren und sehr ruhigen Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bioladen, Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants- alles in nächster Nähe! Yvonne Pauly ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Unsere Räder durften wir im kleinen Garten hinter dem Haus abstellen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Appartement très spacieux situé en plein centre ville dans une petite rue calme. Commerces et marché à deux pas. Plage et corniche à pieds (1minute) Je recommande ce logement. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire.

Gemütliche Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Nähe zum Strand, zur Centre Ville und zur Ville Close/Altstadt. Sie ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Carrefour/Bio Coop). Das Parken ganz in der Nähe ist etwas schwierig, jedoch gibt es einen großen kostenfreien Parkplatz am ehemaligen Bahnhof (ca, 8-10 min. entfernt).

Großzügiges Appartement in toller Innenstadt Lage.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in concarneau verbracht, die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zwar ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Séjour à Concarneau

Très belle location, tout est neuf et très propre. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, on y trouve tout comme à la maison. Il est idéalement placé, l'utilisation de la voiture est superflue, les plages, les commerces et les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds. De plus la propriétaire est charmante et très à l'écoute de tous vos besoins.Je recommande vivement cette location.

Proche de la mer, proche des commerces très appréciés, endroit très agréable et calme

L’appartement est spacieux et agréable à vivre. Manque de gel et lingette hydroalcoolique. On peut sortir de la location sans la voiture et marcher de suite en bord de mer ou faire ses courses

Gute zentrumsnahe Lage

Wohnung sauber, geräumig und ruhig. Das Haus selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, allerdings ist die Parkplatzsuche jeden Tag spannend. Meist haben wir aber schnell in der Nähe einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Küche gut ausgestattet. Vermieterin ist nett und Kontakt war unkompliziert. Wifi funktioniert gut. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
