Beautiful family home in desirable Upper Mission. Located within 2km of Summerhill Winery, CedarCreek Winery. Perfectly suited for family vacations. All ages will enjoy this property while relaxing at the private saltwater pool .

This property is on 1.4 acres of land situated in a quiet neighbourhood. You are only a short 10km drive to the popular downtown area of Kelowna, and only 6km to the trendy Pandosy area. If you are a golfer you will enjoy the short drive to many of the beautiful courses Kelowna has to offer. The choices are endless when it comes to beaches!

This property is well equipped with all the comforts of home. The main floor has an open concept Kitchen, Living, and Dining room, laundry room, and bathroom. The Dining room features French doors that open onto a well appointed private pool area, where you will find patio furniture, loungers and a BBQ to enjoy the hot summer days. On the upper level of the house you will find 3 bedrooms . Two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. The large master bedroom completes the upper floor with a private balcony overlooking the pool and a large ensuite with a soaker tub, shower and 2 vanities. The owner resides in the basement suite.

Family Gathering Place
To celebrate my wife’s birthday we rented this house for our kids and grandkids and spent time with them over five days. The place was lovely and well appointed. The highlight,particularly for the grandkids, was the pool. It was big,clean and a very comfortable temperature. A nice spot for a family celebration

Amazing Pool
Great stay with the kids. The pool is the key feature of the property. Our kids had a fantastic time in the heated pool and had nice meals in the ‘well thought out’ back yard. Couple of minor issues (BBQ propane tank was empty after two BBQ’s and there was a basket of sheets in the laundry room (not sure if it was clean or not)). Minor in comparison to the nice house and pool. Heather and her husband were super responsive to any questions and was abundantly helpful when my one of my kids accidentally locked a bedroom door when exiting. Kids also liked feeding the fish in the front pond everyday. Also had a great meal at the Summerhill Winery nearby. Great host! Great pool! Great stay!

Great Family Vacay
Upon arrival, the house looked exactly as advertised (aside from a few pieces of furniture that were different). Heather was very responsive and easy to keep in touch with. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bedding and towel stock was excellent. We really enjoyed the pool and the yard. The neighborhood was super cute and there were plenty of trails to walk. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning house in a great part of Kelowna. For the outdoor enthusiast, hiking and biking trails at your doorstep. House had plenty of room for two families of 4. Would definitely rent again

Great summer break!
Great stay. We enjoyed 6 nights and the use of the private pool. No worries about socially distancing with a private pool and huge yard. Bring your food to cook dinners, the kitchen is fully equipped. We did get the takeaway dinner from Summerhill (short distance away) and it was very good. My kids loved feeding the fish in the outdoor fish pond too. Best covid vacation for us!

Beautiful home, fantastic pool and outdoor space. Great location, lots of wildlife, deer , birds, eagles. We have been coming out to the Okanagan for 10 years and this was the best place we have stayed at!

Lovely week
Enjoyed a sun filled week sitting by the pool. Ample space and beautiful property. The only concern was that the pool was cloudy one day. owner was quick To respond and get it addressed but there was one afternoon where we couldn’t use the pool in order to let the water treatment work (as requested by the pool company who came to address the cloudiness!). Great location , loved the patio! Ac was excellent. Would stay again!

Wonderful Visit
We had a wonderful week in Kelowna, and this property and Heather were a major reason why. The house was perfect for our group. The pool was a perfect temperature and was a hit with our kids. Heather was responsive to our requests. We look forward to returning in the future!

We just spent two weeks at the house. We split the time with our kids children who spent countless hours in the pool. Heather was awesome to deal with when we had any questions. She always responded very quickly. We spent most of our day around the pool enjoying the kids. Great stay.

We had such a fantastic week. This house was absolutely perfect for our 2 families of four that stayed here. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and warm and was relatively clean, it was pretty windy so stuff kept blowing in and there were lots of wasps unfortunately, but nothing the owners could have done about it, just unfortunate. The patio was nice in the evenings with the lights they had set up across the yard, only needed a little fire pit for the chilly nights, haha. Heather was absolutely amazing to have as a host, so easy to be able to get in touch with her. We would absolutely go back and stay here!!

Fabulous home nestled in a quiet community
We book and annual trip away with my family and wanted to spend time in Kelowna. After searching for hotels that would provide us with cook-in options, we decided renting a house would be beneficial to us. Heather did a great job communicating with us, supporting our decision process as we narrowed down where we wanted to stay. The house was exactly as listed! The kids spent hours in the pool, the kitchen had everything we need to cook, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were even greeted by deer every morning. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back next year.

Loved the house!
We stayed in this beautiful home for our wedding at Summerhill Pyramid Winery. Our parents enjoyed the Master Suite immensely! The kids spent most of the time in the pool...loved it! We highly recommend staying here. Very convenient to Kelowna and surrounding area. We also were treated to the deer while having our coffee outside beside the pool. We certainly will be back! Nice property but deceptive listing
The house was nice and decently sized, a bit crowded for 10 people, but a heated pool for the kids and a big backyard - which was the main reason we booked this property. However we were disappointed to find out that we could not even use the pool heater, we felt kind of deceived by the listing as it emphasized a heated pool only to find out that it was locked to a certain temperature. This was not too big of a deal, but after checking out Heather claimed that we somehow increased the pool temperature (which was locked so we could not even do that if we wanted to) and refused to give our damage deposit back... we were shocked by this because Heather texted us in her own words that the pool temperature could not be changed but somehow it changed while we were there... and that justified not returning our entire damage deposit? We did break one wine glass but we had told the person who was checking us out that as well, of course we didnt mind paying for that, but again - not the entire damage deposit. The location of the property is good, close to wineries and not too far from downtown kelowna. The backyard needs some serious landscaping, the grass is extremely patchy (if you were to sit down you would get dirt all over you). The person who checked us in apologized for that, we felt Heather herself should have told us about that beforehand. It was too dirty for the kids to play on. Our family goes to kelowna every summer and this trip was pretty disappointing to say the least. We tried to plead with Heather saying that we made no changes with the pool whatsoever, but I guess she really wanted that extra money.

Good if you have kids
We were the first group to rent this property. pool is a great bonus if you have kids. they have a pond with fish in it for the kids to feed in the morning. the property is close to a winery and cherry picking. I give 4 stars because Heather give us a 4 star claiming we weren't clean enough and the pool could be a little warmer. we made sure we treated the house with respect as this was someone's house and still wasn't good enough.

Kelowna Pool side Vacation
One word for this property - AMAZING. Location, location, location. Within walking distance to a winery, pool in the back yard for the kids, close to downtown but not in the traffic, close to beaches. We were a mixed group, grandparents, parents, auntie and 3 children 5 and 3 year old twins and there was something for everyone. The house was new and well kept - all the amenities, every appliance, cable and internet. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again. Thanks Heather.
