Wir haben uns von Januar bis März in AP2 wohl gefühlt.Einige Dinge im AP2 waren nicht so,wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben (es fehlte bspw.eine Couch im Wohnraum und einiges an Küchenbedarf).Allerdings war hier der gute Geist des Hauses (Christine)zur Stelle und hat für Abhilfe gesorgt.Sie hat das Objekt immer im guten,sauberen Zustand gehalten und war für uns immer ein sehr netter und freundlicher Ansprechpartner.Es gab wöchentlich neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche.Auch der Kontakt mit dem Büro (Dragan)per Mail war problemlos und freundlich.Man konnte sich,mit kleinen Abstrichen in AP2 wohlfühlen.

Am schlechtesten ausgestattetes Apartment

Am schlechtesten ausgestattetes Apartment, das ich je gesehen habe.Es gab keine Küchenmaschine, keine Geschirrtücher, keine zusätzlichen Mülltüten, kein Besen oder Staubsauger, kein Putzmittel.Die Pfanne voll abgekratzt, genauso wie zwei Messer – ekelhaft! Ein Geschirrschwamm war abgenutzt noch ekelhafter!!!Absolut unbequeme Stühle innen und draußen! Draußen die Sitzunterlagen schmutzig und (schon wieder) ekelhaft! An der Tür zum Badezimmer gab es ein tiefes Loch ca. 12 cm. Im Kühlschrank war das Türchen zum Eisfach kaputt und im Kühlschrank gab es dadurch sehr hohe Feuchtigkeit. Bei den sehr hohen Preisen für das Apartment musste ich alles dazu kaufen: Küchentücher, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtücher..!Es gab eine Waschmaschine aber keine Möglichkeit, die Sachen zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.

Nie wieder

Das Appartement ist klein und sehr alt. (Preis Leistung sehr schlecht) Von den 2 Badezimmer wie in der Ausschreibung war nur 1 Vorhanden. Die Fernseher in jeden Zimmer sind auch nicht korrekt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlecht, die Betten uralt. Sonne gibt es nicht, die Terrasse ist von Mauern umgeben. Wir sind am gleichen Tag wieder Ausgezogen.
