THE APARTMENT

Welcome to Charming Argensola, your temporary home in Madrid! Our apartment has a magnificent terrace to enjoy breakfast every day under the Madrid´s sun. Charming Argensola is located in the best area of ​​Madrid, the 'Justicia' neighborhood. Very close to the Alonso Martínez, Tribunal and Colón metro stations.

This wonderful 2-bedroom apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable. Its biggest surprise is its large terrace with panoramic views of the city, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors.

One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, and the other with 2 single beds. In the living room we find a sofa bed.

The kitchen is equipped with: Refrigerator and freezer, oven, stove, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and a wide variety of kitchen utensils to prepare your best recipes.

It also has a dining area separate from the living room.

The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Among the amenities we find: Free Wifi, bedding sheets, towels and free toiletries.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building, this being the highest floor. There is no elevator so the access is via stairs.





THE AREA

Justicia is one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Madrid. The magnificent architecture of its buildings is distinctive of this neighborhood. It is very central and super well connected.



HOW TO GET AROUND

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas): Take Line 8 in the direction of Nuevos Ministerios. Get off at the Mar de Cristal station and, once there, transfer to Line 4 in the direction of Argüelles.Get off at the Colón station and walk to the address provided.

From Atocha: Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at the Pinar de Chamartín station and, once there, transfer to Line 4 in the direction of Argüelles.Get off at the Colón station and walk to the address provided.

From Chamartín: Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at the Pinar de Chamartín station and, once there, transfer to Line 4 in the direction of Argüelles.Get off at the Colón station and walk to the address provided.

If you come by car, check the Madrid City Council website to find out where to drive and where to park.HOW TO MOVE

The closest metro stations are Alonso Martínez, Tribunal and Colón.



TO CONSIDER

- Only temporary reservations are accepted; short stays are not allowed.

- The home is not rented for tourist purposes, as it is temporary rentals. Please keep in mind that this home IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.

- Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the conditions of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your reservation.

- Cots for rent are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host before your arrival.

- Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

- Stag and hen parties or similar parties cannot be held in this accommodation.

-Access is via stairs, it is a historic building that does not have an elevator.-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
