You will love our island cottage very close to Palm Blvd and optimal location among million dollar homes. Our spot on the beach is North of the Pier.
Large corner lot with shade trees and privacy. One of the few cottages still loved and recently updated.

The home offers Free WIFI and Deluxe Cable Package with Sports Channels. Relax and Love the Clean white bed linens and bath towels. The owner is not onsite, but lives locally and a phone call away, being available if needed. Close to Pier, Grocery, Restaurants and Front Beach. Centrally located on our island. Gas Grill and Beach Gear Ready on Day One! Cottage has beach chairs, carts, umbrella and sand toys ready to save space in the car.:)

Updated floors, and clean linens, our cottage is the quiet get-away for a vacation at the beach! Our cottage is handicap friendly and close to the wheelchair access beach path on Palm Blvd. This is also perfect for baby strollers and walkers.
Walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Isle of Palms is perfect for biking and water activities. Close to Downtown Charleston, Fort Moultrie, and nature excursions. The Marina is close by, yard is large enough to park your boat.

Well-behaved dogs (2 maximum) are welcome with pet fees. Contact owner for pet approvals and fees. Isle of Palms allows dogs on beach 24/7. Isle of Palms Beach offers generous off-leash hours, too. The Recreation Center, with fitness classes, playground, baseball & soccer fields, tennis & basketball courts, and dog park are within walking distance.

No Smoking Policy for the home. We ask that you and your guests maintain the condition of the furnishings and home.

We want you to have fun, but please be respectful.:) Isle of Palms is Charleston's most sought after beach vacation. It offers perfect waves for surfing, kite-boarding, ecco tours and just playing with children, and hunting for seashells... especially if this is their first time to experience the ocean!

Great place to stay by the Beach!

The property was awesome and clean. The owner went beyond expectation by stocking fruit and waters. Would definitely use it again!

Wonderful Beach Cottage

Great location, close to beach (4 blocks) and grocery store. Clean, well-equipped, beach decorated. Everything you’ll need for a fun time and if you forgot something owner, Leigh, will help you. She was great on suggestions for food and fun.

Perfect!

Working with Leigh was an absolute joy! Her house was very clean, inviting, and had everything we needed for our weekend away! She also took the time to fill us in on fun things to do around the area as well as restaurant choices. In addition, she made us feel right at home with our sweet dog! All in all... above and beyond!

Great little cottage, short walk to the beach!

Everything about this cottage was great, except it was listed as a 3 bedroom and it is only a 2 bedroom. The living room has a pullout couch which works-unless you specifically want 3 separate bedrooms. Other than that-this was a great location and we had everything we needed in the cottage. The owner provided us lots of ideas for restaurants and activities and we tried many of them. We would definitely recommend this cottage to others and if we come back, we would rent it again.

IOP Beach Cottage!

The cottage was perfect for our family gathering and Leigh extended true Charlestonian hospitality...anticipating our every need! The location was amazing for beach access, groceries and 4th of July activities. There was even an impromptu golf cart parade down the street in front of the cottage. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Charleston/Isle of Palms!

Great Location to the Beach

My family and I just finished an 8 day stay at Leigh's place and I have to say that she and her husband, Rick, know how to provide true southern hospitality. Having grown up in the Charleston area and returning every year, I know what it looks like. Their cozy cottage was just the right size for our group of adults and was a tremendous value given we were a block and half from the beach and the million+ $ homes right there. Location was optimal with grocery, shopping and downtown Isle of Palms 5 minutes away but still the neighborhood feel for a walk to the beach. My 18 year old son was in heaven getting up every morning at 6:30am to go "check the surf". I will certainly look for this location and Leigh again.

Lovely Beach Cottage

This lovely beach cottage has everything we needed for our long weekend at the beach. It is airy, clean, with lots of natural light, situated on a large corner lot and only a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the large supply of clean towels and a very well equipped kitchen. Beds and pullout sofa are very comfortable. Leigh is the greatest hostess and we will definitely come back and hopefully for a longer stay. Thank you Leigh for making our stay so pleasant.
