Its location will allow you to enjoy both the ocean beaches facing the tip of Cap Ferret and Banc d'Arguin beaches of the basin. The villa is south facing. The great calm! For holidays of relaxation and rest. You will enjoy its fully enclosed garden of about 1200 m² and out of sight. Relaxing moments await you around the pool with its large teak terrace equipped with a comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers ... Another sheltered terrace, will allow you to take your meals in the shade and make planchas . The villa consists of an entrance, a bright living room, a kitchen fully equipped US, all opened by large windows overlooking the garden and pool. 4 bedrooms: a master suite with bed 160 and ensuite shower room. Two bedrooms with 140 beds. A room with trundle bed combinable in bed 180. A bathroom (shower + bath) an independent WC with washbasin. Laundry. Parking spaces inside the property.
