The beach was beautiful and not crowded, great restaurants close by, the best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in, plenty of linens, 2 fridges, 2 coffee pots and a beautiful pool/outdoor fire pit area! We had 4 families (celebrating our 20 year class reunion) and could not have been happier with this rental. Paradise beach homes was very responsive and great to work with. Pensacola beach is our new favorite....water and beach as pretty as Destin but without the crowds!

It was clean, convenient to the beach, had an elevator which we absolutely needed having one in a wheelchair. Couldn’t get it to work on our arrival but someone came and fixed it within minutes. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of pots and pans.Beds were comfortable. Each room has its own control for AC and heat and we loved that.Pool was super nice.Easy access to the beach from the pool area.Only down side is there are a lot of steps since the house is built on pillars but I would still stay here again. We loved it and had a wonderful times with good friends.

This was not disclosed prior to us arriving or when originally booked.- Ice from the ice maker on the side of the fridge tasted like chlorine. .Terrible- Door handles were missing - but we were told about it.- Queen size room on first floor. 1. Stepping into the shower was a bit scary. It made terrible creaking sounds like the floor was not stable underneath. 2. Toliet moved everytime you sat on it or got up from it. Seems like you need to reset or secure it better. - It was really nice to have the extra fridge and laundry facilities.

This is situated behind 2 gulf front properties and has a view between them. Stayed during a cold October week, and the pool never warmed because it was shaded by nearby houses, and what we thought would be a jacuzzi is not heated. Overall great!

Family Birthday Celebration

While the online photos of the home were beautiful, they were understated as the property was beyond our expectations. The pool in particular is much larger than it appears in the photos. We appreciated the steps into the pool as well as the ledge that runs along one side. A suggestion would be for the description of the house to reflect there are 3 bedrooms with ensuites on the Main level and 2 Bedrooms with ensuites with an attached Bunkroom which shares a Bathroom. This worked perfectly for us! Enjoyed having food and entertainment within walking distance while enjoying privacy at the house. Can't say enough about the access to the beautiful beach!
