Facing Mont Saint-Michel, in the park of a nearby St Malo Cancale, beachfront cottage equipped for 6 people.
You will find peace and quiet after a tour of Saint-Malo, a day of hiking, swimming or fishing trip.
Ideal location close to the sea, hiking trails (GR 34) and the tourist route (fast access to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast).
On the ground floor: dining room with kitchen and fireplace, double bedroom with bathroom. First floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small lounge on the mezzanine. Small private garden and terrace.

Idyllically placed , total tranquillity, ideal location for traveling in the area, serene surroundings. Perfect for exploring the Brittany coast.A plus is the walk through the pittoresque gardens down to the beach. Friendly people, highly recommended.

Beautiful French place, right by the ocean
This was the second time we visited Canale and stayed at this beautiful place. We traveled with three of our four kids. Age ranging from 13 to 15. We love this place for its location and French interior. This is not your typical Ikea place, but an authentic French house. We love the place and its lovely owner. Best regards, Frank

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette très jolie location, très calme, spacieuse et confortable, dans une magnifique propriété historique. La maison est très bien équipée et agencée, chacun a son espace, et elle très bien située pour les randonnées et la découverte de cette magnifique région. La cheminée est un grand plaisir pour les veillées en hiver. Merci à Mme Dartige et sa famille pour la gentillesse de leur accueil.

Excellent séjour
Endroit atypique au caractère et charme certain, à moins de 10 minutes de voiture du port de Cancale et 5 minutes à pieds du bord de mer. Calme total de jour comme de nuit. Accueil charmant de la part des propriétaires qui habitent la malouinière située à coté, mais néanmoins suffisamment à l'écart de la location. Un excellent endroit pour se reposer et profiter de la région, nous y reviendrons très certainement, et avec grand plaisir.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit auf diesem wunderschönen Anwesen. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft. Die Unterkunft hat etwas Patina, aber es ist alles da, sauber und funktional.

Jolies vacances en famille !
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette maison. Le logement est fidèle au descriptif de l’annonce. La maison est ancienne mais bien équipée et très propre! La localisation est originale ! Une dépendance d’une Malouinière, à 100 m de la mer, et à 30 minutes à pied du centre de Cancale, par le chemin des douaniers offrant une vue incroyable sur la baie du Mont-Saint-Michel. Les boulangeries et supermarchés sont accessibles à moins de quatre minutes en voiture ! Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une météo clémente, ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’une lumière magnifique pour découvrir cette très jolie région ! merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse !

Wunderbare Lage
Die Bilder entsprachen dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr darum bemüht, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit - vor allem was die Bäder und die Küchenoberflächen anging - hatten wir offensichtlich höhere Ansprüche. Madame Dartige hat aber sofort eine nochmalige Reinigung angeboten, was wir aber abgelehnt haben, da wir selbst „Hand anlegen wollten“. Letzten Endes war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage.

Charmantes Château
Ein schönes, kleines Ferienhaus auf einem großen und beeindruckenden Gelände mit Blick auf den Le Mont Saint-Michel. Das Haus hat eine schöne eigene Terrasse zum Draußensitzen, mit Sonne zum Frühstück. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, was dem Ganzen aber auch viel Charme verleiht. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Un lieu chargé d'histoire à deux pas de la mer
Le gîte se situe dans un cadre magnifique avec un accès tout proche à une belle plage remplie de coquillages. Du sentier qui domine la falaise, vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Cancale. Le logement est spacieux et ne manque de rien. On y trouve calme et repos pour se ressourcer. La propriétaire est charmante et sait rester discrète. Un grand merci pour permettre à se locataire de partager son sublime cadre de vie. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Belle adresse
Logement à l'ancienne mais avec tout ce qui est nécessaire, idéalement placé pour visiter l'Ille-et-Vilaine et le Mont Saint-Michel. Malouinière extrêmement calme avec de l'espace, un beau parc, un accès rapide à la baie qui promet de belles balades à marée basse. Merci pour l'accueil, les sourires et la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Site enchanteresse, tres bien situe
Excellent sejour ou nous etions venu entre amis quelques jours avant le depart de la route du rhum. Idealement situe pres de la cote, nous avons circule sur place en velo. Petit bemol concernant les salles de bain (support pommeau de douche) nous reviendrons bien volontier!!!!

Top locatie in een oud Frans koetshuis bij chateau
Wij verbleven met ons gezin (4 kinderen tussen 11 en 15) vijf dagen in dit huis. Het is erg ruim en ideaal voor een groot gezin. Als ouders sliepen wij beneden met eigen badkamer en de kinderen boven met eigen badkamer en hangplek met tv. De ligging is echt uniek. Het ligt op het terrein van een oud chateau. We konden overal vrij rondlopen. De tuin grenst aan direct aan zee. Met een trap kom je bij eb op de rotsen en bij het strand. Het vakantiehuis is ietwat gedateerd en kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Voor ons geen probleem, maar voor een ander misschien wel. Verwacht geen standaard vakantiehuisje, maar een echte Franse oude woning met dito ervaring. Groet, Fam. Van Burik

Wie in alten Zeiten
Das Haus ist ein Nebengebäude eines alten Chateaus. Das Anwesen selbst hat den Charme eines in die Jahre gekommenen, aber liebevoll gepflegten Hauses. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, vollständig ausgerüstet, aber nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Betten sind alt, sauber, aber die Matrazen leicht durchgelegen. Die Geräte sind alle sauber und funktionstüchtig, haben aber ebenfalls bessere Zeiten gesehen. Aber für den aufgerufenen Preis ist das Paket unschlagbar - wir haben schon teurere Wohnungen gefunden, deren Ausstattung nicht besser war. Die Besitzerin ist ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr entgegenkommend. Schlüsselübergabe nie ein Problem. Aber die Lage ist traumhaft, der Charme des Anwesens lässt über viele Kleinigkeiten hinwegsehen. Tolles Ferienhaus, wir würden wiederkommen.

Super ruhige, sehr gute Lage.
Strand und Ausflugsziele sind mit Auto sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte mal wieder renoviert werden. Dafür aber ein romantisches Flair und ein günstiger Preis.
