Lovely cottage just a hop skip and jump away from Holt town centre

The old print shop has been refurbished to a very high standard and is an ideal getaway for a couple. It is located in a quiet side street but literally a one minute walk from the town centre and all the local facilities. Fabulous!

A lovely holiday

The accommodation was very well presented with personal touches throughout and very close to all Holt had to offer. When we arrived there was a lovely hamper which included, bread, croissant, scone, butter, jams, fresh coffee and a bottle of wine. Plus a couple of delicious cakes which were very welcome. The kitchen was very well equipped, the only downside was there was no cupboard space for groceries eg breakfast cereals, but this wasn't huge problem. The living room was very comfortable and great for relaxing with a glass of wine! The kingsize bed was really comfortable and having the bath in the bedroom added to that overall feeling of relaxation. The dressing table area on the landing was very useful and the jars of cotton wool face pads and cotton buds show that the owners really think about there guests. The shower in the bathroom was very refreshing with various jets and there were toiletries provided. The loo was situated under the eaves which made it a little tricky for my husband to stand , but again not a big problem. We were aware when booking our break that there wasn't any parking outside the property (only for unloading/loading) and were kindly given a parking permit for a carpark to use throughout our stay. The carpark was however a good 5 minute walk from the property itself which may be an issue for some. I would thouroughly recommend this property to anyone is looking for a relaxing getaway for two!
